Convenient location; easy access; budget friendly; friendly staff The front door to my room was not seal. There was about an inch gap at the bottom corner.

It was clean and love the water when I took a bath We didn’t like being right next to the farm workers cause there was mud throughout the hallway and stairs and their clothes all hanging outside. So tacky

Nothing Staff was horrible. From asking questions about availability prior to getting there as I traveled from 3 hours away. One rep said yes then when I got there the next day the front desk rep said they got busy so they now had no rooms available. I had to go to another hotel (inconvenienced). Then they tried to charge my card 3 days later. When I called to see why the lady was very confrontational stating that I wanted a refund. I said how can I ask for a refund when I never stayed there. I explained to her that she wasn’t listening to what I was asking and Sue got defensive and literally started arguing with me saying I’m not reading the email carefully. Like ma’am this email says clear as day that I needed to call the property to pay for my stay. Smh….. horrible all the way around. I’ll never stay here or attempt to. IT COSTS NOTHING TOO BE KIND AND ACTUALLY DO YOUR JOB PASSIONATELY!!!
