Very loud location next to busy intersection and close to freeway, close to food options

Stairs to second floor a bit uneven and I felt like I could fall

Denny's is right across the street. Easy access to freeways and shopping, dining

All went well. Good check in, wifi was good, descent cable channels No coffee pot

So so The entire facility needs updating. It felt very dungy. Also the hotel was overbooked however Mia at the front desk was awesome and save the day by figuring out how to solve the problem.

Value clean

I recently stayed at the Gilroy Inn and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was also happy to find that they have laundry facilities available, which was very convenient during my trip. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, cleanliness, and useful amenities made this a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend the Gilroy Inn to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again.

Clean room and good environment

Air conditioning worked well and everything was close by

The bedding was clean, but there were obvious dirty areas on walls and tables from previous guests. They do not deep clean. The shower was tricky to turn on, with no instructions. The TV remote didn't work. The bathroom door was permanently locked. It's a decent place to stay if you just need to sleep.

What I liked most about the property was the welcoming and friendly staff, along with the beautiful two-story hotel surrounded by flowers and well-kept landscaping. The room itself was very comfortable and included both heating and air conditioning, which made the stay even better. I also appreciated the convenient guest laundry room. Another great part of the location is how close it is to good restaurants, outlet shopping, and nearby gas stations, making everything easy and accessible during the stay. No complaints.

Only the emergency for a room The "" manager "" was very rude my boyfriend tried to register at the hotel the reservation was on my name but He payed,,,, nothing he say no that has to be Me. I call him and he explains so I change the reservation to my boyfriend name to late the guy kicked out my boyfriend and told him to get out and don't bother him,,,, He's so rude no respect for the costumer's NEVER STAY ON THIS HORRIBLE PLACE ONE BECAUSE ONE BAD MANAGER IF YOU CAN CALL HIM THAT.

the bed was firm and comfortable ice machine was to far away

comfortable sheets, mattress good, plenty of pillows, quiet fridge and A/C, lots of tv channels, front desk guy rude, hair in shower

close to freeway and shops previous guest had a pet?...using air conditioner made the room smell like urine

Room was clean, no issues. Paint was very sloppily put on, with paint brushings on floor, night stand, and light swotcg and plug panels. Nothing fancy, but was great for a night! Pleased with our stay
