We spent just one night visiting family in Watsonville. The stay was nice, the room was clean and there's plenty of food places right around the motel. Not a fancy place but clean and in a good area.

It is convenient if you are visiting the outlets.

A few towels had a little stain and hair in tub drain. Fridge was leaking from freezer, but after we moved the setting higher. It was fine. We usually take an ice chest so it was ok.

I’ve never had such terrible experience with staff at a hotel, I’m not sure if the guy that helped us around 10pm to check in is the owner or management but he was very rude. He couldn’t find my reservation and told me he couldn’t find it with a frustrating voice and a high tone than with hand gestures like telling me to go away and call who ever I booked with. I wouldn’t recommend because of staff other than that the location is good.

The entire facility needs updating. It felt very dungy. Also the hotel was overbooked however Mia at the front desk was awesome and save the day by figuring out how to solve the problem.

I recently stayed at the Gilroy Inn and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was also happy to find that they have laundry facilities available, which was very convenient during my trip. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, cleanliness, and useful amenities made this a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend the Gilroy Inn to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again.
