Awesome

Again, staff at this hotel are amazing! I give 5 stars on customer service alone but the property does lack some maintenance - leaky faucets, running toilets, etc. Beds are uncomfortable, but both times I have stayed here, we've checked in extremely late so we were glad to just have a bed to sleep in. We tried the free breakfast and it was decent, fresh waffles are great! We will probably continue to use it for late night check ins when we travel for work

No complaints

The room key doesn't work, even withe staff's help, it's challenging to open the room door! It doesn't work on the breakfast door either! The building is old and not properly maintained. Some homeless people around the building. Not recommended.

1st the floors in my room were sticky and dirty which i had to clean Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel room, especially considering the price I paid. Second, Although the air conditioner was set to 70°, I woke up during the night sweating because the room never cooled properly. A functioning air conditioning system should be checked before a guest arrive, rather than leaving it to the guest to discover there is a a problem after setting into the room. I also had to return to the front desk many times to have my room key reactivated. This became an unnecessary inconvenience during my stay. On Monday morning, before checking out, I share these concerns with the female employee at the front desk. She responded by saying that I should have reported the issue earlier. I respectfully disagree. The primary purpose of renting a room is to have a clean, comfortable place to rest. Guests should reasonably expect that every room has already been inspected and is fully ready before they arrive. It should not be the guest responsibility to identify problems after unpacking and then move to another room. The front desk employee, spend more than 30 minutes talking with a male person in the office. When i inquired, she told me he worked at the hotel. While I understand that employees need to communicate, It seemed unusual that so much time was spent socializing during the morning when guest rooms should be receiving attention and preparing for incoming guests. Hotel guest deserve rooms that are clean, comfortable, and properly inspected before check-in. Given the rate I paid, I believe I should get a discount for these inconveniences, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and room readiness. In light of these circumstances, i respectfully request a refund or credit of at least $300.00 as compensation for the substandard experience. i believe this would be a fair resolution and would demonstrate your commitment to guest satisfaction.

That my stay was to short

The pool and hot tub did not disappoint. The breakfast waffles were so good I ate 3 of them! More variety at breakfast.

The front lady was amazing.

Location and layout. Room was very spacious and nice.

I requested early arrival and they were able to accommodate. The only early arrival they had was pet friendly and I was a little nervous about that because I did not have a pet. But the room was spotless. You could not convince me that a pet had ever been in the room. Also traveling alone always makes me a little uneasy, but the area was great, the room was very secure and I felt really comfortable. The wall mirror was partially covered by the fridge and microwave. That is my only complaint

The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. Appreciated the 1st floor Accessibility for my wife's knee issues. Bathroom with walk=in shower is awesome. Includes builtin seat, separate lower handheld shower as well. Staff are friendly, very helpful. Highly recommend!

Location Really run down, towels super old, seemed dirty
-
You could hear other guests walking and showering.

The president of was not heated and very cold. For the price we paid for 4 of July weekend it was not so great value. It was more an economy hotel and I feel like I was paying too high a rate. The snacks in the lobby were awesome though and the breakfast was generous.
