Nothing it was dirty from the first step we took

It smelt so bad! I had to change my room twice. It smells like dog and smoke. It was not clean at all. It was so much dust. The breakfast made me sick although it tasted okay. If your looking for a place for emergencies then this will do but NOT for a staycation

Call before you book. I went when it was 100 degrees. The property appeared to be under construction. No AC in the halls, elevator, or lobby. The pool was closed. Cable was glitchy. No snacks or beverages in the lobby for purchase. Later found a vending machine in a closet. Sloppy workmanship with painting and caulking in the bathroom gave an icky vibe. However, the price was cheap, the AC in the room worked, the staff was pleasant, and it was centrally located.

Has gone downhill the past two years. Feels unkept. Had to go to the front desk each night for several nights to have my room key recorded because it wouldn’t work in the door. I will give a thumbs up to the water pressure in the shower and the comfort of the bed. But otherwise, I likely will not return to this particular property.

It was advertised online that they had vending machines,well I found out around midnight that they didn't have any vending machines, I take like 10 different medications and they have no vending machines! So I'm like maybe the have bottles water or something!! They had nothing except water out of the bathroom sink faucet!! No thank you!

Unhelpful front desk! Lots of broken doors on my floor!

The room looked like it was recently refreshed with new paint, but the painting and drywall work was extremely poorly done, looked like a 10 year old child did the work. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee cups. There were 2 towels in the bathroom, one regular sized one and one hand towel. Not sure how 2 grown adults are supposed to use these towels. I do not recommend using this hotel.

I left after check in. The property is dated, the door to my room had scratches on it like someone tried to break in the room, the carpet has two large burn stains in the middle of the floor, the room was very muggy and had a moldy smell a d the sheets had cigarette holes in them of different sizes.

Check-in process was slow because there was only one staff member.

Dirty room with broken door handles, pool under maintenance (two staff sitting in chairs closed it to “put chemicals” at 3P on a Saturday afternoon when it’s 98° out) just as guests checked in, one elevator broken, no ice machines in building, no phone in room to call desk or for emergency, breakfast starts whenever they feel not posted hours, glass broken in parking lots, side entrance door broken so anyone can come in building, and when we told the front desk was told they’re doing renovations and if I didn’t like it to just check out. Awful stay…for only one night!

Just because this Inn is located in Short pump does not mean it is a great location. The hotel rooms are dirty the bathroom had a hole in the ceiling above the shower in room 310. The furniture should be thrown away!! Be aware some of the rooms on the floor were left open all night which was pretty weird!! What we paid for this room was not worth it. I would advise sleep in your vehicle.

Good location Room 428 was not in good shape The door did not close without lifting up on the handle. The bathroom was not clean the electric outlet at the sink did not have a cover on it. The light switch was missing a screw when you turned it on it moved. There was an iron in the room but no ironing board. The sofa had a hole on the cushion. The drink cooler and snack area as you come into the lobby was totally empty. The continental breakfast was very subpar. Not a good experience at all. The front desk staff seemed like they were just there for a paycheck seemed like we were bothering them. I mentened about the outlet being a safety hazard all she said was ok.

I didn’t care for any of it. Sketchy people walking around making my daughter and I uncomfortable. The room was disgusting! My daughter slipped in the shower because it doesn’t drain so it was someone else show scum. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I saw roaches in the hall way and crawling on the door of the room. It was HOT in the hallways and elevators. They couldn’t prove us with ANY towels. We had TWO in an 8 person suite. The bed was DISGUSTING with stains and hair all throughout the sheets & pillow cases. I have never had a more poor experience and I am not bougie or want high end.

Nice area of town. Plenty of restaurants. But stay at a different hotel. This hotel is dirty. Needs to be updated & cleaned. Filthy room. Smelled like urine. Stained sofa. The refrigerator was broken. We checked out after seeing the room. Booking won't restore our money because the front desk doesn't answer the phone to confirm the whole situation. This hotel should not be featured on this website.

When we got to our room, one of the beds had no sheets or blankets on it. There was no shower rod or curtain for the shower, there was mold and the ceiling looked like it was collapsing. We let the front desk know and even talked to the manager and they did absolutely NOTHING. We asked if we could switch rooms which they did allow us to do and that room was better, except for the ROACHES. We told them about the roaches and they didn't seem to care about that either. We filed a report with the BBB, called Corporate snd even filed a report with who ever handles the mold, and roach situation. I do NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Photos are old or edited. The hotel was filthy! Would not recommend staying here.
