Room was not ready at check in. Key fob on room door was not working. For 2 hours we waited for them to fix it. Never happened. We left and got a full refund. Another room was not offered.

Horrible mood in the shower, a water leak in the room. It could be a decent hotel but this was a big turn off. Breakfast was ok. But its free so I guess powdered eggs are to be expected.

Shower had mold. AC was at 75 and wouldn’t stay on to cool room. Front desk had to come and override it to cool the room. Several outlets didn’t work and some light switches didn’t. Looks to be in need of renovation. Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at in terms of condition. Desk clerk WaWa was friendly and professional.

I was there Tueaday through Friday and my room was not cleaned once the whole time. Had to make my own bed daily.....really?!?!? Also the hallways are like a sauna. Guess now common area AC in this hotel.

Easy check-in and a decent overall stay. Location is great, close to short pump etc. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the thin walls-we could hear nearly every door opening and closing in the hallway throughout the night. Parking was also limited, so we had to park near Silver Diner, which was a bit of a walk. On the positive side, Diamond at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in a great experience.
