It was perfect for a few days

Everything about the hotel was amazing!

No attention to details. Ugly, dirty carpet in the hallways. Lots of scratches and dings in the walls everywhere. Dirty public restroom on the main floor. No bottles of water for Hilton Honors members. We have stayed here multiple times and most of the televisions in the rooms won't get live television channels (they are broken) and the staff knows it. On one night, the phone didn't work either, so I had to get dressed in the middle of the night and go to the front desk to handle our issue. On the positive side, the breakfast is pretty good and main course changes daily. Also, the staff are friendly and do what they can, but with the poor maintenance it is kind of impossible for them to accommodate guests. This is the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed at, and we travel a lot in the US and Europe because of my job.

Polite, kind, helpful, and efficient staff

Check in was okay, staff okay. Got to my room and it was so hot and musty smelling. I Turned the air down and went to take a shower and there was no shower curtain. Notified the front desk and they did bring me one immediately and put it up backwards (no big deal). Took a shower snd when I went to use the lotion the container was empty! Didn’t bother asking for that. Went to the workout room and there was a cooler but no water in it. Breakfast was good, no danish or sweet muffins. The coffee station didn’t have holders for the cups so you had to double the cup because it was too hot to hold. The morning staff much friend,y than the evening staff.

Although I am a fan of Hampton Inns in general, and perhaps I just got unlucky with my room, but the room (on a non-smoking floor) smelled of cigarettes upon entering. Later in the evening, the shower started dripping spontaneously, even after I shut it forcefully off. I tried calling the front desk but nobody answered. Ultimately the issue resolved itself somehow. The hotel is in a nice location and was otherwise fine, but I am not sure I would opt to stay here again—and I remain a fan of Hampton Inn in general.

Location Missing sheets and pillows for the pull out couch even when requested. The vents were caked with dirt/dust. Mold on the AC unit. The hallway was extremely hot and neighbors were loud late night and early morning.

Bath tub very slippery! No mat or safety surface in the tub. I had to hang on to the grab bar to do any moving. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Plus the grout on the back wall is not properly installed. Water is able to get behind the tub. You are going to have rot back there soon, if not already.
