Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Northwest

I was charged a fee to park! Never in all my years have I been charged to park my car at a Courtyard by Marriott. AND this was an old hotel that had not ever been upgraded.

We enjoyed all amenities and the location was perfect. Thank you

Las instalaciones se encuentran muy bien cuidadas y el ambiente es tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente y facilita el acceso a diferentes lugares de interés. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel a quienes buscan comodidad, excelente servicio y una atención de calidad. This is the best hotel. The staff was incredible, our room and the entire facility was spotless, and the cafe and snack bar were a life-saver for us. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We were there for 16 days while our home was being worked on and this hotel was so accommodating with all our needs. Thank you for your commitment to excellence while still being affordable!!!

Good location but mediocre operation. Not a single thing stood out but plenty of unpleasant moments. Check in was unclear and could have been more welcoming. AC unit rattled all night. Stayed for three nights and not once was the room cleaned, sheets cleaned etc. (this was unacceptable for the price we paid), side doors to enter the property were unlocked which was a security hazard, billing was tricky, twice we were given the wrong bill. Not a fan.
