There was a problem with our room that was an error on her end but she was so apologetic and fixed it so quickly. The rooms were very very nice and layout was very different than what my family and I were used to. The showers were LOVELY. Great heat, wonderful pressure and beautiful bathroom. I liked that we could use our streaming services because I had totally forgot my laptop lol. Beds were a little hard for my liking but I slept very well Loved the toasted bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. Waffles could be a little tastier but overall had my fill! I loved it. My family loved it! Only problem is that we could not use the indoor pool and were not made aware of that prior to our stay. I imagine it would be hard for them to update a third party site about their amenities.

This is my go to hotel when I'm in the area. I've never had any issues. Breakfast is always super nice too!

Sonya at check in was delightful. Bonnie (I think that was her name), who was running breakfast goes above and beyond to make sure everything stays hot ans fresh and the tables clean and ready. Would stay again!

The breakfast was not as high quality as some other Fairfield Inns we have stayed at. Our sausages were dried out and the eggs seemed maybe to have been made from powdered eggs. Not sure about the eggs though.

The pool was dirty, A/C was loud and didn’t work properly. We was scheduled to stay 7 days but only stayed 3 due to the issues.

Only complaint was my grandkids didn't like the pool. They said they found quite a few bugs in the water.
