The room was nice and location was excellent but a lot of the things were old, there is very little parking , no nighttime customer service, they lock all of the door at midnight, rude staff and non of that was mentioned to us.

I really enjoyed my stay. Front desk lady was so charming and helpful. Breakfast was nice even gentleman fill up the food ask everyone how’s everything. Super nice stuff. Definitely i will be back

The hotel and grounds were great. The room was ok, wasn't impressed with the bathtub and shower, second time staying here and both rooms I had the tub needed reglazing.

Great location. Great staff with great customer service The extra pillow in the closet didn’t look clean and their was a pubic hair in the shower. Everything else was good.

Excellent breakfast selection! Loved it I was surprised they didn't clean the room, we stayed 2 nights. So we had to ask for clean towels. I don't travel much so maybe this is the norm now?

The majority of the team was amazing with exception of one person. As I was checking out the young lady at the desk was very short and difficult. I recognized there was something off so I sent my wife and calmly ask the questions I needed, but that did change how the interacted with me as if I was frustrating her.
