Bath wall was cracked. Tub was peeling. Tub plumbing was almost inoperable.

The staff was amazing. Alexis and Roy went absolutely over the top in their excellent customer service. And Anya was great with directions and suggestions of sights to see. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Love the new configuration for the pull out couch! It's a trundle bed and is actually 2 single beds, which works much better . There isn't a single negative about this hotel. I highly recommend it.

I wish I could remember all the staff members names. Tgey were all amazing. I do remember Alexis. She was very helpful and kind hearted. The breakfast staff was amazing and the food they provided was fresh.
