Clean room and good staff

Could not connect to wifi

Room was very clean and we enjoyed the comfort. As most people have said, the breakfast was super and offered plenty of variety. Had no issues with parking and while we arrived late, felt comfortable with security. Only negative is the motel charge an additional fee for incidentals, but it took too long for the charge to be removed. IHG also signs you up using your email to "spam you with offers" without your approval and I asked to be removed.

Overall its friendly, clean and comfortable and the staff makes every stay feel like home away from home

Nice clean modern hotel. Comfortable beds. Near shopping etc. Trucks seem to park there overnight so sometimes there is truck motor noise throughout the night. Good breakfast

The breakfast was hot and good. A nice variety. Coffee was available all day in the lobby and you could request a coffee maker in your room. The only thing I think they needed was bottled water which I requested and they provided free of charge, but I feel should be put in the room regardless. An excellent value. I definitely recommend it!

My one night stay at this hotelwas absolutelyy wonderfl. the satff was friendly, rooms were cleans and the breakfast was delicous! I would come back when in town for sure.

The toilet didn’t work correctly. We had to wait 3 hours for them to come fix it. It flooded the floors That was an inconvenience.

Nice and clean Road noise from the highway. Would probably be better on the other side of the hotel

The hotel lobby offered free coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24/7. Snacks were also in the lobby for purchase

Everything was good but the elevator didnt go to the 3rd floor

I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express Short Pump back in May 2026. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and decided to come back when heading back from the South. Glad I did. Always clean, comfortable and affordable.

Very clean room. Easy parking. Convenient to gas & highway.
