The staff is sooo helpful here I had an issue with switching hotels and they helped me get into a room earlier than my check in time. The area is convenient and close to dining places. Very clean and smelled good.

I like mostly everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it. I absolutely did not like that the bathroom in my room had no toilet lid. For sanitary reasons, please consider changing that. Based on this, I would not stay longer than a day or two.

The room was relatively clean but the other residents were sketchy. The lobby had an overwhelming stench of weed. The people above me were moving furniture all night. Loud in the hallways.

Chose anywhere else to stay. I had a fully paid for room. On arrival I was given a set of keys to a room that was occupied. People were sleeping with the tv on. I had zero notice the hotel had cancelled my reservation. When I went back to the desk the guy stated he had no rooms available and that’s what he was trying to tell me before he gave me the keys. I had to hunt around for a new room at a higher price while waiting on my refund from a fully paid reservation.

Small kitchen. Location was good. Price was ok, but you pay on the back end. No house keeping. No linens available without 1/2 day notice and then hope you get some. No maintenance. Had to silence the vent fan damper with the wife’s hair pin.

We PREPAID for our room. Yet Hotels.com did nothing when this property decided to oversell their inventory. Hotels.com made ZERO effort to MAKE THINGS RIGHT. We were left to sleep in our car, or otherwise drive from hotel to hotel asking if they had any rooms — already past midnight. Lesson learned? Hotels.com doesn’t care about its customers, and works with properties that oversell their rooms *despite* customers having PREPAID. I still haven’t received ANY refund, a whole THREE+ WEEKS LATER. Find me worse customer service. I’ll wait.

Very good

The staff was nice and the property was clean and well kept. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. They’re like paper. You will hear people screwing next door and people walking above you. I didn’t like that they offer a kitchenette but you have to rent dishes for a fee. Some basic stuff was an extra fee like coffee machines and getting your linens clean cost extra as well. Shower needed fixing.

Lots of exotic smells and a halfway house lobby vibe.

This is my third time staying and this time it was not the best. The elevator only worked going down and not up. It also has not been inspected. I have a picture of the certificate showing no dates or signatures. They ran out of toilet tissue and I had to go get some and they had no keys. I had to download an app to get in my room. That took a minute because I didn’t have a good signal. I told the young man that someone was trying to go up the elevator and he didn’t make a move.

First off, I arrived at the hotel I was booked for, only to find out my reservations were move to another hotel because they overbook me. I arrive at the sister hotel, they had two rooms for me to choose from, room 222 and 214. After several attempts, I could not get access to room 214 so I proceeded to room 222 and this room was a mess, the bathroom had a huge patch of black mold above the shower, the lights did not work and it wreak of cigarette smoke, the room was clearly under construction or needed to be. Finally, after several attempts from the front desk we were able to get into the room 214. The room was not much better, the bathroom was recently under construction, the bathroom door was broken and could not shut all the way. The shower head and bathtub were covered with plaster dust, the toilet seat held on by one screw. TV remote broken, fix by scotch tape. I could go on to include no soap or shampoo in the room, dirty towels with stains on them, asked for new ones and it took forever to get them. This was not a good experience, and I was stuck due to the time of night and other hotels being full. I sent an email to Expedia, but I got no response. Needless to say I will never book with Expedia again, nor will I ever stay at a ECO Suites again.

The hotel was very convenient. All of the staff were very nice. Elevator was broke the entire time we were there. The room was nice, but every time you took a step or sit down on the bed it echoed throughout the hotel and the rooms around you would complain. The entire hotel smelt like an Indian restaurant. As soon as you walked into the front desk it smelt like that they were cooking food on a flat top in the back. I had to buy air freshener for our room because the smell made our stay irrelevant. Again, the hotel was nice. But they did make sure at 10:45 AM to bang on your door and tell you your day was over.

They cancelled my Booking last minute due to over Booking. I had paid fully in advance weeks ago. They were however, still selling rooms online on Booking.com. My dad was left stranded because of them, he was on the way to this hotel from another city and they canceled right at the time of check-in. I advise you not to book with them to avoid their scam.
