The staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few issues with the door locks / key cards in our group. Good value for the money.

Clean and convenient Too many people walking and loitering around the parking lot, the grab and go breakfast was gone by 8am pretty sure the people loitering around snatched everything up

The location good The breakfast suck and no kitchen utensils for the room I didn't like the building I was on the third floor with no Elevator l didn't like the public area and it was hard to operate the TV

Horrible place! Will never stay again! Roach infested, clogged bathroom sinks, phone don’t work in the room, tv and/or air conditioners doesn’t work, had to switch rooms cause of these things and it still wasn’t any better!

The room was not clean. The bedsheets were not washed, there was a cockroaches nest in the bathroom. Didn’t stay that evening.

There was nothing about this hotel to recommend. Nothing. Room was filthy. Front desk gave me a blank look and did nothing about my complaint. Smell of marijuana was excesssive on my floor. Unsavory characters throughout the property. HORRIBLE experience. Didn't feel safe and staff couldn't have cared less. Will never stay at an Extended Stay America property again.

The kitchen was more than I expected. A full size fridge and stove to cook on and plenty of counterspace. The bed was clean and the shower and toilet were clean. Very spacious room for 2 people. The coffee table had sticky residue from something being spilt onto it and it wasn't wiped up. The stove in the kitchen had crumbs on it. The toilet ran non stop as a result of the flapper being broken. The A/C unit was not working properly, the buttons wouldn't work to control the temperature. No hair dryer in the bathroom.

Nothing. We could not stay we went home due to the uncleanliness. There were cockroaches in both rooms, the scent was unbearable. The odor was mostly and awful. We purchased Lysol but ended up going home.

I like the fact that front desk person Miss Crystal was very nice and accommodating she is such a sweetheart and I would come to this hotel over and over again just to see her and experience the wonderful customer service Nothing

It’s all fine

The hotel " cancelled" my stay with out telling me. I arrived to check in a was told they cancelled my stay the moment it came in because they over booked and did not charge me. The next day I see a charge on my bank account. They were called, stating they refunded my money and should receive a refund in 10 days. They charge $100 deposit and stay. This is all the money I have so my child in I had to stay in a hot car. They intended to charge me, hope I don't notice the charge.

It was a good experience, I liked it , the only issue that I faced was ( not quite place ) I can hear everything around my room ,( I went there cuz I had some business to deal with ) , after all it’s good place to stay in .

It's a roach manifesting place. Don't think I'll ever be there again.
