Requested a first floor room , we were put on the second floor with no attempt to rectify the issue.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The shower had good water pressure, and the water was consistently hot. The property felt safe and was quiet when I was there. Good blackout shades and a spacious room. My only complaint was that it was a bit janky. They need a better maintenance person who can make repairs that are consistent with the aesthetic and care. The difference between mediocre and magnificent is in the details, and the details were not considered here. That said, it's a good, clean bed for the price!
