Extended Stay America Suites Baltimore Glen Burnie

The staff was kind but we waited a while at the desk before someone came out to help us as we arrived late in the night. Overall, it was fine for a one night stay, but I probably would not come back.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Area of hotel location had some questionable characters around. Staff needs more training on the laws around service animals.

Iron in room. Floors were extremely dirty upon arrival, looked clean but when I picked my daughter up her feet were black at the bottom once I complained I was told housekeeping was done for today and I couldn’t change rooms, which lead me to go out to buy a mop. Only coffee and muffins for breakfast, muffins were so dry they it was hard to swallow. Every time I went to lobby its was nobody behind desk or police was on scene or somebody complaining about service. My room was in front facing bar across the parking lot it was loud music and commotion all night. 4.00 to wash 4.00 to dry. I sometimes wouldn’t have service on TV couldn’t watch the game. In addition no amenities I asked for kitchen supplies which is suppose to be available all I got was a pot and pan, no cups, dish rack, toaster, plates, forks or knives.

Everything was amazing. Close to dining shopping freeway very convenient.

I like the location. This meant my wife was 5 minutes away from me. Property Manager and Assistant Manager telling people they had 24 hours to leave because they voiced an opinion. Assistant Manager told me that I could not book through booking.com anymore because booking made they wave 20.44 from my reservation. I could not believe this because the rental was almost $400.00.

Kitchen had no utensils or cooking pans as stated they would have a fully stocked kitchen upon request. Breakfast consisted of a small bag of generic instant oatmeal and coffee. Staff was very rude and some could not converse in English except to say go to front desk when we asked a question. For instance, “do you have an ice machine for a soda?” They did not even have an ice machine in the building. Housekeeping was not able to tell us they had no ice machine. I had to go to Walmart and buy pots, pans, and strainers to make a basic meal for my family.

The breakfast isnt actually breakfast. Its just coffee and packaged muffins bought from a store.

Front desk staff were rude, did not greet us when we arrived, seemed burdened by our arrival, and lacked common hospitality. Our hotel room was humid, the fan and A/C were not working in our room. We woke up the next morning to wet books and clothing because of how humid the room had become overnight. The lock on our hotel door was damaged as if someone had forced entry into the room previously. Only upside was that our room was spacious, clean and had a convenient kitchenette.

The tv When I checked in the man at the front desk was rude because there was a language barrier and I was trying to keep my cool. It smelled so bad when you walked in especially in the room. The location was ok because there were stores nearby. Breakfast included was sorry it was only coffee.
