The room was clean- except the sheets had not been changed. They were dirty with hair from the last guest and the shower also had hair on the walls.
-
Horrible, never staying here again, I had issue and brought it to manager and he was nothing but rude and basically felt like I was the problem not other people.

Parking was fine room was nice and clean staff was helpful

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Enjoyed my stay
-
My room smelled like cigarettes. There were bugs and hair in the shower upon arrival and my shoes stuck to the floor.

I was denied being allowed to stay there, so I didn’t even get a room. I’m still fighting with Booking.com and the property to get a refund which I requested on my check in day but haven’t received yet.

It was very clean & comfortable. Conveniently located just across the parking lot was an establishment called Sidelines. Good food & drink. Pool tables & painting lessons, interesting. They advertised breakfast, if there was any, it was inadequate. No coffee in the room.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was a bit run down but we felt safe. We were annoyed that the hotel is listed as “pet friendly” and on arrival we were charged an extra $28. I think that was supposed to be refundable.

Clean toom

The lobby was very dirty, and when I got to the room, it was filthy, and there were bugs—like bedbugs—crawling on the bed. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me it was the only room available and that if I wanted to stay, that was the room available, and that if I left, they wouldn't refund my money, because I was the one who didn't want to stay.

Nothing Front desk didn’t show up for like 45 mins

This was the most dirtiest place I have ever been to before. The room smelled awful there were burgers smeared all over the walls, stains all over literally everything walls counters and the window curtain even had blood on it. The toilets don’t flush. Burns all over the toilet seat and all the pubes in the sink. Absolutely awful stay far away from this chain. I also have photos of everything as proof.

It was clean and the stay was satisfactory. No problems.

Location was great, very close to supermarkets, restaurants, stores, gas stations, and the highway. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff had trouble understanding English, coffee sometimes tasted like soap, the bathroom vent was insanely loud, room seemed old and generally unclean, and the overall atmosphere was weird. The police showed up 3x in the two weeks that I was staying there. We also had a giant snow storm and the hotel needed almost 3 days before they got the parking lot half-way plowed (and it was still a disaster).

The whole place stinks
