I noticed that certain areas of the property had visible rust, which made the hotel feel like it could use some maintenance. The pool also needed better upkeep, as the bottom was noticeably dirty. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of options to choose from, and it was one of the highlights of my stay. With better maintenance and attention to these issues, the overall guest experience could be much better.

Excellent location for Baltimore travel without staying in the city; breakfast is worth the stay!

Staff was great. The hallway carpet were very nasty.. loud music at 4 am first night of stay. Second night kids running and screaming in the hallway at 3 am.

The etrance of the hotel was clean and quiet. Beds were absolutely to die for...very comfortable. Breakfast was good, I think you should have more options for those who don't eat pork but, I loved my stay.

When we arrived it was a little too early for check in, it was 1240- 100 PM. There was a pop up tent with a group of people smoking and drinking and playing music on the side of the main entrance, which to be honest, was our 1st red flag. I went inside and was informed that I could pay an additional $40 to check in now or come back a 2PM. Since we were intown for a birthday party, we decided to wait, go shopping and out to eat. By the time we came back it was close to 5PM and was told we were unable to check in due to a power outage. We asked for the phone number so we could check throughout the night if the power was on or not. We left unable to freshen up and w4nt to the party. We started calling around 9PM and we were unable to get an answer. We continued to call about 4-5 more times before leaving the party around 1230-1 AM, we actually left the party early because the lady at the front desk said we couldn't check in after 2AM. We got back and luckily we were able to check in. After showering we went to bed becausethe remote for the TV was missing batteries. We were awaken because the room was very hot and we realized that it was also pitch black. The freaking power was out again! Check out time couldn't come quick enough. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. I get things happen but the staff seemed to not even care. There was never a "I sorry for the inconvenience" not a smile or friendly gesture. This was our first and last time staying here.

Property was clean staff had great customer service!!

I loved the price, the pool, and the free hot breakfast! The Sausage and eggs were delicious! I will definitely be back before the summer’s over!

No complaints about the room or staff, whatsoever. The room was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel need some work. There's visible damage to the building as you pull up to the entrance. The hallway carpets need cleaning or replacement. The AC had just gone out in the lobby just before we arrived, but I suspect that was just unfortunate timing.

Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was the same thing each day but it was a good breakfast. I will say that the hotel will need to invest in the first floor rug and cooling system. We unfortunately, disliked the pool hours, doors opened at 11am and closed at 8pm. I believe it would be better if it opened @ 9am, especially when the weather is at 100 degrees. Over all, we enjoy our time in the hotel and will return again.

The entrance was super clean and smelt great. Althought the hallways looked a bit busted they were clearly renovating and fixing things as they went. But our room was so clean and smelt fresh. The blankets were stain free and it was a bigger room then i thought. Beds/pillows/blankets were comfy. The breakfast was super bare minimum. They didnt even have waffles! Haga but it was ok
