There was someone else's "time of the month" bodily fluids on the toilet seat and lotion on the toilet handle when I checked into my room. I asked the staff twice to clean it, even showing photos of where to clean that I was concerned about. It was never cleaned after asking 2 days in a row.

It was hot. Thank you for that. Didn’t have it to go breakfast.
