Garner Hotel Glen Burnie BWI Airport Area by IHG

I loved the price, the pool, and the free hot breakfast! The Sausage and eggs were delicious! I will definitely be back before the summer’s over!

No complaints about the room or staff, whatsoever. The room was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel need some work. There's visible damage to the building as you pull up to the entrance. The hallway carpets need cleaning or replacement. The AC had just gone out in the lobby just before we arrived, but I suspect that was just unfortunate timing.

Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was the same thing each day but it was a good breakfast. I will say that the hotel will need to invest in the first floor rug and cooling system. We unfortunately, disliked the pool hours, doors opened at 11am and closed at 8pm. I believe it would be better if it opened @ 9am, especially when the weather is at 100 degrees. Over all, we enjoy our time in the hotel and will return again.

parking lot was littered. dog walk area unkeep and shot on doggy bags. rooms were nice. breakfast was i liked the coffee.

Beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. There is no cable at this hotel at all. Only have streaming channels. Room also did not have a remote when I first went in. Had to make a call to the front desk for one. Carpets were dirty in the hallways and there was a smell in the hotel portion of the building. Only one of the elevators worked as well.

Bar a close Pool was freezing

They stole my incidentals deposit & said it was because I cleaned juice with a towel that can be washed. A scam! The stair cases smell like urine & only one elevator worked.

We got to yse the pool this time and it was a nice pool. Pretty spacious. The staff is really nice which is always a relief. We will stay here everytime we are in washington The ONLY thing that was slightly inconvenient was the breakfast choices. They still have basic options and you don’t really leave hungry if you arent picky but I definitely wish they had more of a variety like waffles or something. The second thing would be better entrance and exit into the pool. They only have one latter and its a bit wobbly and as a pregnant lady it was hard pulling myself up.

The pool was closed the room door did not lock no chairs in the dining room.

The hallways are nasty stained carpet all over. Funny smell in hallways. But rooms were ok

I liked the pool and the pillows I didn’t like that it 5 different attempts from staff to get WiFi connected to our devices and once their found out the had Basic cable, not one premium channel. I didn’t like they charged me 40 for checking in early and they kept my 100 deposit because of some food stains on the sheets , what a scam.. they have to wash anyway … the breakfast was a let down also no pancakes or waffle , or fried potatoes… the staff is very rude and condescending … there are so many better option in the area so do urself an ur family a huge favor an stay away from this nightmare at all cost.

Good location, great price

The entrance was super clean and smelt great. Althought the hallways looked a bit busted they were clearly renovating and fixing things as they went. But our room was so clean and smelt fresh. The blankets were stain free and it was a bigger room then i thought. Beds/pillows/blankets were comfy. The breakfast was super bare minimum. They didnt even have waffles! Haga but it was ok

We actually stayed here a few years ago and we picked the hotel again for the location between Baltimore and DC

Breakfast was okay. Location could have been better. Location of the breakfast area.

Had to wait too long to check in because the rooms were not cleaned yet and this was at 2pm and at 230pm. The room i was given the door lock did not work
