They had none of the amenities that I paid for, no TV my entire say, broken equipment, mold on lamp shades, bedding old and stained, no towels, a lot of homeless people hanging out all day , and night.refused to give me a partial refund

Terrible

The room had mold browning on the ceiling 50% of the room. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the paint was literally peeling away from the walls. No amenities to speak of. The pool was closed and the laundry hasn’t worked in over a month according to a gentleman living at the property. Save yourself money stay elsewhere!

Area (sidewalks broken/dangerous condition; restrooms in registration area not maintained:); In room 131 telephone/pole light fixture/clock not working; front of bottom drawer in chest fell off; some amenities like tissues, shampoo missing--others limited. This is a very OLD facility!!

Off the transit system

It was an inexpensive place to stay, so it served our purposes. The place was dirty though: there were dead bugs in the room, the room smelled awful unless the air conditioner was on, and the floor was incredibly dirty. The floor was wet the entire weekend, and it wasn’t humid throughout. There was a good amount of maintenance needed, like the popcorn ceiling that looked like it was redone to hide water damage.

Run down hotel in a bad area - taxi driver told us it was a hot bed for illicit activities but there were no other options

It was a place to stay for the time being breakfast would have been nice to have something. Not having towels or beding stuff for my room and having to get in later in the day.but it happens

The location was convenient The pool was closed and the sign said you couldn’t leave well enough alone so the pool is closed indefinitely. I booked a two bed queen room a month in advance got there and the only room they had was a single king. It was me two other adults and my toddler so I had to go to target and buy and air mattress and pillows and blankets. The room was not cleaned beforehand. I went down the next day and complained and they switched our room to the correct room at 4pm that evening and we were checking out that next morning anyway.

I can provide pictures as prof. The room I got had roaches both smashed into the walls and running around. Sticky spots on walls and door frames with other people's hair stuck in it. Everything was dirty, but worse of all black mold covered the ceiling and was spreading to walls. The pool was out of order as well. I asked for a refund and was told I would get a refund for one night but that didn't happen either. . I truly should take these photos to the health department and I think I will to save anyone else from dealing with what I did.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting, torn up walls, mold, racks in the bathroom and curtain rod were falling apart. The entire place was in total disrepair, and the roach we found really was just the cake on top. Not to mention cops showing up to handle problematic druggie guests that live there. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Seriously.

this place is a dumpster fire. property was littered with trash everywhere and quite a few external passage had quite the stench. the room was NOT clean but at least the sheets were. Entire place jas nor been updated since the 1990s I would imagine. furniture was very worn, chairs destroyed by cats . . . o - i almost forgot the pool! thousands of gallons of stagnant algae filled water is a great center piece of this splendid hotel.
