Budget Plaza Motel

The room was clean, and the property was undergoing renovations. We arrived four hours before check-in. I asked the desk clerk if it would be possible to check in early. To my surprise, he asked to see my ID, checked me in, handed me the room key, and told me to come back if I needed anything else. In all my travels, that was a first. There are shopping centers, multiple fast food and other restaurants, and drugstores several blocks away. I would recommend driving. The property is approximately 4.5 miles from Ft McHenry, Locust Point, and Inner Harbor. Making it a convenient and less expensive alternative to staying in downtown Baltimore. Note: The room was clean but very spartan, i.e., take your own toiletries.

There were No table lamps at all!!

This is a trap house. I needed a last minute room. Front desk staff is nice, but my room was awful and the whole place was terrifying to have my child with me. Mouse droppings everywhere, a ring of mold on top of the shower head. Something smeared on the walls that looked like poop, so many burn holes in the comforter it looked like Swiss cheese. Within 30 mins of checking in I went out to my car to see an emergency rescue team entering a room by me. I can’t believe Expedia allows this

The floors were covered with nail polish, blankets had burns in it, the fridge was stinking, it sounded like a rat was in the wall

Location was nice Property was extremely dirty and smelly, the floor were dirty. The bed was spring, making a lot of nice. I couldn’t sleep. I have to check out and lose my money

I like the lady Marie at the front desk at night very friendly ,and the cleaning lady very friendly doesn't speak English though , the accessories could be better in the rooms as far as sheets and towels. But overall they are reasonable prices daily and weekly

The room was average , has microwave and mini fridge no bugs . The ladys at the front desk are nice and friendly . Especially the lady that works evening . She is amazing

No breakfast

Hardly anything It was not clean rust in tub, mold on shower curtain and holes in blankets no microwave it wasn't what I expected it to be.

No body was there to check me in I’ve stayed there before and everything was great i was just really just upset about not being able to be checked in

Absolutely nothing The room was infested with cockroaches. As soon as you walk in the room you could see them crawling on the floor. We barely moved the night stand and you saw them crawling on the walls. When we tried to tell the receptionist about this she said she knew and to get a refund we had to go through booking.com where we made the reservation.

I got charged by you guys and by the hotel I need my refund back plus there were roaches bugs crack pipes needles and quotes Bugs everywhere and not only God you're not being able to be a load to be in my room until 3 pm and my wife having no wheel chair access and being yelled at worst customer service I ever doubt with bed bugs and roaches everywhere
