I was switched to 3 different rooms, the room keys were apparently single use only and they love to announce your personal information to the lobby. One of the rooms they put me in had no lightbulbs... I didnt think the candle in candlewood meant no electricity. I eventually got refunded and booked a different hotel

The location was very convenient to the city. The staff was amazing and very accomadating. This is the top overall stay I have ever had anywhere.
