Clean and comfortable room, loved my stay

My husband had a layover in Baltimore from an international flight. The connecting flight was canceled twice. I booked Candlewood through Expedia paid for in full. He checked into his room only for someone to ask him to come to the front desk, claiming that they did not receive payment for the room. Crazy right? How was he completely checked in inside of the room but they say they never got payment I spoke with Expedia Expedia confirmed that the room was paid for the front desk. Staff had my husband standing there for over an hour even after speaking with Expedia. It was a terrible experience. There was no compensation for the inconvenience and there was no apology..

First of all shout out to Jena! There was a problem with my booking and she fixed it immediately. She was very pleasant and gave exceptional customer service. The place was very clean and big. Literally like a mini apartment. The kitchen has everything in you would need to cook. Even a dishwasher, full size fridge,plates,cups,etc. The bathroom is huge literally another room. The beds was so comfortable and i loved there was an option of soft and firm pillows. Breakfast was good also. Fresh omelets,turkey sausage, pork sausage,oatmeal, breads,bagels,pancakes,fried potatoes, the list goes on very very good hot breakfast. I will definitely always book this location when I come to Baltimore.

The layout of the room very comfortable The noise from housekeeping in the morning. They kept banging on our door while accessing another room to clean.

I was switched to 3 different rooms, the room keys were apparently single use only and they love to announce your personal information to the lobby. One of the rooms they put me in had no lightbulbs... I didnt think the candle in candlewood meant no electricity. I eventually got refunded and booked a different hotel
