Very short overnight stay when a flight got cancelled. Definitely liked they have a shuttle to airport. Room was clean and nice.

Beds were very comfortable, Bathroom was very clean, breakfast was good. Filter in air conditioning unit was smelled old and rotten. Toilet seat not secured enough, kept sliding.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. If you do, do so at your own risk as they do not treat customers with dignity and respect. The customer service is poor! I will never stay at this hotel again and will make sure to warn family and friends. You’ve also been warned.

Wasn’t greeted, staff member on a personal call while we stood there and waited and waited till she finished. Day 2 key pass to room stopped working had to get it replaced twice. Not a friendly staff at all.

Property was clean, shuttle driver was excellent The staff at the front desk has no idea what they’re doing, poorly trained, I have been requesting a receipt for 2 weeks and they can’t even figure out how to email that, I also was charged double and have not been able to get a refund from the property because the staff has no idea how to use the “new system”

The staff at the front desk was not very nice and that kind of killed the vibe when we first walked in. Also, they charge you a $100 deposit when you check in but they don’t tell you that it’s not just a hold. They actually charge you and it’s been almost a month and they refused to give me my money back so I definitely will not stay at a Holiday Inn ever again. It has been horrible dealing with them and I’ve tried to reach out multiple times and no one has been helpful.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The chef cooked bacon for me on a day that it wasn't an available item.

We were very early. They got our room ready early. Slight musty smell in halls.

The free parking and breakfast also very clean. Staff wasn’t very welcoming, when I arrived all they told me was to look at the card machine and that will tell me all the incidental fees. It was more than I expected and cost more than the actual room itself. Me and my partner were on the third floor and it wasn’t an ice machine as well. Along with the uncomfortable staring and I get it we are out of town but it was unnecessary.
