The checkin staff was wonderful to the group of us who were there bc flights were cancelled due to weather.

I did run into 2 glitches. 1. The carpet was gross between the windows and bed. When we said something at the front desk, it was taken care of during the day, at some point. 2. On check out day, I requested an extra hour to leave and we were told it was OK. I don't think that was communicated to housekeeping. When they knocked on the door , and we were still packing up, housekeeping was mad that we were still there and didn't know we had that extra time. We were out before the extra hour was up.

It was a nice hotel overall. The room was nice and clean. The room was made up everyday. Each time I returned to my room. My door key would not work. I had to wait in line to get a new one. The staff was not very friendly.

Very warm/pleasant atmosphere. Only one of the front desk Representatives was cold/rude during checkout, all others at front desk was wonderful

Amazing place to stay! Clean, good water pressure, had tons of stuff like shampoo, lotion, etc! Breakfast was HUGE with fruit, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, eggs, meat, juice, muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc. Beds were a little hard but otherwise it was great!
