Holiday Inn Express Baltimore Bwi Airport Ne by Ihg

Fireworks in the parking lot on July 4 where cars are parked is dangerous. Quiet hours were not explained to quests staying there. Slamming doors and loud conversations at all hours of the night. It was not up to Holiday Inn standards. Room carpets were dirty need a good cleaning. I wore slippers the whole time. Needs some TLC.

There were several other maintenance and housekeeping issues as well. The carpet had noticeable stains, and I found a plastic fork left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Behind the bed, there were poorly patched holes in the wall around the electrical connections for the bedside lamps. Also, the common areas appeared to be poorly maintained. The elevator had peeling and damaged wall coverings, with pieces of the finish that had been pulled off left on the floor. The elevator door was damaged, and there were bags of trash sitting in the hallway. While the staff was polite and the location was convenient, the overall condition of the property did not meet the standard I expect from a Holiday Inn Express. I hope management addresses the pest control, housekeeping, and maintenance issues so future guests have a better experience.

my car got broken into in the hotel parking lot, staff was pretty uninterested in helping. Didn’t seem too concerned at all.

The room was spacious, clean and smell fantastic TNo ice machine on the 3rd floor had to go up to the 6th floor for a working machine.

Stayed here for a business trip.. Not very clean. I found a huge cockroach in the hotel. The paint or vinyl in the elevators was torn apart. Every single night i stayed there my room key wouldn’t work and i had to stand in the check in line to get it fixed super annoying. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and breakfast attendant was very courteous. The stay was very relaxing and would use this hotel again.

Everything was near perfect. The staff was great very friendly, awesome customer relations. Rooms are very clean, great set up everything you needed. The bathroom very nice all your needs in one place. I have to comment on the transportation driver, Ronald was outstanding very very helpful even if he was not driving. The hotel has a great employee in this man, he is a walking talking advertising for hotel.

Shuttle to airport was down which caused me to have to pay for uber 2 times

Rhonda was amazing to us! She was so sweet and helpful when we were trying to find places to eat and go to explore.

It was good. Would love options for people counting carbs and avoiding sugar, like sugar free yogurt or low carb breads. We expected a standard room and instead got a king room and had to share a bed with my son.
