Bugs everywhere

Me and my 6 year old son were woken up @3am in the morning because the front desk gave someone a key to our room and they came barging in scaring both me and my son! The deadbolt and the door latch both didn’t work! The front desk guy apologized for the inconvenience but didn’t offer any other remedy for the situation… At that point me and my son were uncomfortable and ended up sleeping in car where we felt safer!

I have to change rooms three times because of lack of cleanliness and roaches in the room

The entire place was disgusting. Cigarette butter all over, broken beer bottles, and the whole place smelt like pot. Highly dont recommend. This place should be shut down and demolished to build something worth having.

You definitely get what you pay for with this one. There looked to be a lot of live in people, lots of dogs and poop in the grass and trash everywhere. The room was tiny but not horrible. If you’re on a budget and your car alarm works, there could be worse places.

The non-smoking queen-bed room we'd booked was instead a double-bed room that had clearly been smoked in with a bag over the smoke detector and reeked of meth. The photos of the rooms may have been accurate 15 years ago, but nothing looked like how it was pictured. The floor was missing floorboards, the bathroom was stained & mildewy, and the AC was struggling with a relatively-cool summer day in Maryland. The beds were uncomfortable and loud, with sharp springs in the mattress and scratchy stiff sheets. Within 15 minutes of getting there, we had two different random people knocking on our door. My wife and I agreed that we didn't feel safe staying here, and booked a Red Roof Inn Plus 10 minutes away & closer to the airport. It was $30 more expensive, but felt massively safer and was far cleaner + comfier. I typically never leave negative reviews, but I worry about someone else going through the same experience we had.

The lights only worked in the bathroom & it had some many roaches

Air conditioning didn't go all the way to high cool, just low cool. Door had gaps around the whole frame. Shower floor was brown. Brown smears ALL over walls, brown stain on bed sheet. Bottom of marresses were yellow. No fridge in the room I was in. But others had a fridge.

My stay was deeply disappointing, and I requested a refund immediately upon arrival. The room was unclean, and the property felt unsafe due to the presence of visible drug-related activity. We left the premises within minutes of checking in to find alternative accommodations elsewhere.

Most of the area outside the room smelled of smoke and weed including in the elevator. Dirty. This place also houses seemingly lower-income residents and families. Numerous fast food restaurant in sight.

I booked 2 rooms for check in July 17th and check out July 19th. We had to pack up and leave at 430am Friday night because our room was infested with ROACHES!!!!

Bugs, worn and shabby. Tv had a blue tint, probably old. Smallest bed pillows I've ever seen. It was survivable for a short over night but wouldn't recommend it.

Room was fine couple of things didn’t work one of lights by bed and one in bathroom but it didn’t affect our stay staff was great the area was questionable as there was a person working the streets 2 blocks away
