Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baltimore - BWI Airport North by IHG

Superb

The room was amazing, bed very comfortable, and breakfast was good.

All services were excellent. I will always patronize the hotel. That is the main reason I chose to become an IGH member. Keep up the good work. I hope you will offer us members a great competitive price. Only the competitive and considerate pricing with a great reward

The reception staff were friendly, polite, and professional. The breakfast room was clean, and the food was delicious and plentiful. I enjoyed my stay here. I felt inconvenienced that there was no coffee in the room.

Everything was wonderful Nothing

We appreciated the complimentary parking, plenty of available parking spaces, and the breakfast. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable, and we didn’t like that room cleaning and fresh towels had to be requested rather than provided daily.

The staff was great Nothing - it was all great

Superb

Kevin the shuttle driver was extremely pleasant/helpful. We appreciated him driving us to/from a restaurant.

This was a great property with nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and long term airport parking with airport shuttle. We couldn’t ask for more. Used to have free airport parking and now they charge $10.00 a day.

I liked the location, good breakfast, friendly employees! Yes I will back.

They cancelled my room with out warning and I was stranded

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, BWI North for less than 6 hours. Our flight arrived late and the shuttle service picked us up at the airport after a short wait. We checked in after midnight and the young lady on duty ( Janyna ) was a breath of fresh air, she greeted us with a smile and helped us find something to eat. The hotel room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We signed up for the 6:15 am shuttle back to the airport Saturday morning. Janyna was still there and greeted us once again with a smile, sent us off with some yogurt on the on-time shuttle. I would recommend this hotel if staying in the area. It's close to the airport and the price was also very reasonable.

The beds were very comfy food was very good and the pool was a bonus ill definitely will go b ack

Great
