Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baltimore - BWI Airport North by IHG

I was very disappointed I booked three rooms in one transaction (all paid for in one transaction) just changed the other two rooms to my sister and dads name so they could check themselves in if we arrived at different times. I called with in minutes of booking to make sure all rooms were put together and was told that was not something they would do since we had different last names but was then pushed into signing up for their rewards program while on the phone. Assuming that this was just a call center I called the hotel itself to have my request handled to which I was told that they would accommodate and put the rooms together. When arriving our rooms were not together and I was told they could not do it. After not backing down they finally accommodated the request. To make matters worse the manager informed my mother after me walking away they flagged me for stalking since I had called twice to make the request on someone who had a different last name(my sister) mind you I booked all the rooms together and paid for them all at once. I will never book with that company or that hotel again. That was poor communication and just business period.

I liked my comfortable bed. The parking was good. Be prepared to pay $10.00 per day for parking. The room rates were good. It was a nice quite stay.

Staff were attentive and accommodating

In the morning, I enjoyed breakfast. The buffet was very neat and well stocked with a variety of hot and cold choices. I had a pleasant stay.

Staff Amenities

Carpet was wet and room had a lot of moisture. We also had a bright flagpole light outside the room.

Great value, very hospitable staff that are proactive in ensuring a pleasant stay. Fantastic shuttle service. Amazing and varied breakfast.

We highly recommend this hotel! It was so easy to get to and from the airport with the shuttle service. The rooms were clean and all of the staff members were super friendly and helpful, Samantha especially!

The biggest downside was the parking. Even though I was given a parking pass, the lot was full and I still had to park on the curb, which was frustrating. The hotel itself is a bit dated in some areas, but that's to be expected and it didn't affect my stay. My biggest disappointment wasn't actually the hotel—it was Expedia. I booked through Expedia and used the directions button in the app, which took me to the wrong hotel about 15 minutes away. Thankfully I arrived early enough that it didn't cause me to miss my concert, but it's something to be aware of if you're booking through Expedia.

Everything was excellent. We enjoyed our short stay.

Spacious and very quiet. Would visit again!!!

The room was smelly. There was debris on the chaise. There was a peach seed on the floor. When I awoke this morning, I found ants, bugs, and termites crawling all along the stand where my bags were sitting. And there was a family with the loudest kids I've heard in a long time.

Look elsewhere. Too many competitors nearby that actually care.

Loved it clean room helping staff just amazing

The room was not cleaned. One of the beds had stain on it and the sheets were wrinkles as someone slept on it. Told the front desk at 10 PM, they came up replaced sheets and pillow cases at 10:30 PM after call them again. No apologies from the front desk or hotel manager. When I complained , they waived the parking fee 10 dollars. They treated the complaint as no big deal. Called expedia and complained for the compensation, and waiting for compensation confirmation.

Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast. All the basics you would expect. I have no complaints and will stay here again.

Awesome staff… check in girl Thursday, June 18th was really friendly and helpful and checkout lady Friday, June 19th was also very friendly and helpful. Awesome staff!
