Our stay was nice amd comfortable. It was reasonably priced for the area.

Issues with my air conditioning not working.

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet, the room was clean. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Our TV in room had a bluish picture but we only stayed for 2 nights and watched very little.

The only problem I had was when I went to use the pots for the stove they were Incredibly nasty..the food was burnt in the pans..Im guessing the maids didn't look at the pans..but I looked and never used them..

We got stranded two different times in Baltimore. Very convenient and minimal Uber ride. We were so glad not to sleep at airport 😴

I requested a new room because there was something wrong with our current room and was completely ignored by two staff members. I really tried to be polite and respectful, but it’s frustrating when people are not honest with you. The third time I tried asking for a change of room was finally resolved. When I inquired as to why I was ignored the first two times, the reason given was that there were no rooms available. However, that was not the reason given to me. I asked why the first two staff members were not honest and just say there were no rooms available, instead of giving me the runaround. Ugh!!!

Brittany (Front Desk) was absolutely STELLAR!!! Room was spacious, clean and extremely accommodating. Will definitely stay here again and again!

AC was weak. People were nice but I didn't catch it until it was after 10pm. Lived through it...

The gym didn’t have disinfectant wipes the 2 mornings I used the treadmill. Not a huge dealbreaker for me, but still something that needs to be checked up on regularly. Breakfast was decent enough for a continental breakfast.

There was an issue that arised but the staff handled accordingly and everything went fantastic not to mention how friendly and accommodating everyone was. Would definitely stay again

It was a nice stay, our ice maker never did work though. Everyone was very nice.

The front desk staff were the one bright spot during our stay—they were friendly, professional, and did everything they could to help. Unfortunately, they couldn't make up for the overall condition of the property.The hotel is extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and did not feel clean. The exterior was overgrown and uninviting, and the overall atmosphere gave the impression that many guests were staying there long-term. The parking lot had several vehicles that looked like they hadn't moved in weeks, if not months.The hallways had a strong, lingering odor, likely from trash that had been left outside guest rooms. When we first checked into our room, the carpet was pulling up, the furniture and curtains were stained throughout, and the biggest issue was the air conditioning. Every time it turned on, the room filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. To the hotel's credit, the front desk immediately moved us to another room. While it was a slight improvement, it still wasn't in great condition, and there were no other rooms available that could accommodate our family.To make matters worse, our vehicle was hit in the parking lot on our last night. We were then informed that the hotel has no security cameras covering the parking lot, which was incredibly disappointing.The front desk staff did their best and were genuinely helpful, but based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Location was good for our trip to Baltimore. Overall the hotel was fine, but I read comments before my booking that said the property had been updated and that is not the case. The room itself was fine. Some stains on the carpet and bed skirts, but nothing disgusting. The beds were good and the breakfast was actually great. According to their posted warnings, they have a “strict no smoking policy” but there were people smoking weed up and down the hall and outside every entrance to our building. I had my family of 5 staying there and felt pretty safe, but I would hesitate to stay here again.

Good breakfast everything was clean. Steph was nice.

I booked a 13 night stay, and my room (201A) had terrible lighting; it was so dark in the room. They provided 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bath towel, and half of the Dispensers (Shampoo, Hand Wash, Body Wash etc) were half-full or almost empty. They NEVER came to clean or service the room; my toilet got so disgusting. No Ceiling Fans; the room felt like a Motel 6. Worst Part was there was NO CELLULAR RECEPTION & THE WIFI was complete GARBAGE; I couldn’t even connect some of my devices. They had Antenna TV (no cable or streaming because of the horrible internet). Lastly, they offered Free Breakfast; and it got me sick. Theres Plenty of “Hotels with Suites with Kitchens” in the area. I would pick ANY other hotel than Sonesta.

The place is clean but there were a couple of things that was a turn off. The pool closes at 8pm and does not open until 11am when u have to check out as well as the place has bad cell service. Then they do not tell u that there’s a 250 deposit to get the room before hand. On top of what u pay for the room. It will be returned to u once you check out the room after they clean the room. But it’s an inconvenience. But I do understand it. But other than that, the hotel is great the rooms are beautiful and the layout of the hotel is very nice. And the breakfast was good as well, but the man that was taken care of everything at the Breakfast and refilling everything was not friendly.
