You get what you pay for here. The best part was the low cost of this place. There is no food and beverages allowed in the pool area which is the ONLY thing the staff are concerned with. Not even a bottle of water. Only two of the six pieces of equipment worked in the gym. The closet door was coming off the wall along with all the bathroom selves. The pool was cleaned once during my 6 day stay. Since it was an affordable extended stay hotel, the clientele that it brings makes this a place I would not stay at again.

The staff was really nice. Nice options for breakfast. My children and grandson really enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient for traveling to different locations. The negative issue was the smell entering the room. I had to open the windows and spray Lysol but didn’t help. The room was very clean and neat though. The cleaning lady was friendly as well. No problems with the Wi-Fi.

I booked for the pool and last day we stayed pool was closed because it was green. So they never opened it that day and house keeping refused to give me extra pillow and blankets for pullout couch., she closed linen closet and said she was done for the day just rude.

Nice quiet stay

Everything was great. There’s a smoking smell…even though it says smoke free building. Placed some plugs in that helped mask that.

Stayed with my family and we got upgraded to a two bedroom suite- clean room. Nice staff and great breakfast

My room was clean the staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious I had oatmeal with walnuts and died cranberries. I was surprised of the food selection. We really enjoyed our stay and was really appreciative because our ac unit in our home is out. We brought food and grilled out. The atmosphere was relaxed and the children were able to play on the basketball court. Nice little atmosphere and get away.

Great home base amenities to explore the area, close to the airport

Our bathroom had black mold, the sofa bed was unusable due to the condition of the mattress and its springs sticking out. Both days the hallway constantly reeked of weed.

Fix the elevator in that building. Booking people on the third floor without a working elevator was unacceptable. I am certain the hotel was not sold out, an option should have been made available. The clerk did not mention the broken elevator. I will not be staying there again. I was too tired after two days of moving to complain at the time.

The facility was glossy looking but the longer I was there I saw how little they cared for the property. They did have a good breakfast. I reported my phone didn’t work and they just said ok. On day three they finally put a new phone in the room but the phone system was not working. I couldn’t even call the front desk. They left out a chase chair at the pool the 4 days I was there and it was ripped 3/4 of the way up and unusable. There was an umbrella the was unusable and left out. The fire pit I was informed by a resident there has not been fixed in over a year since it was broken. The lack of care to keep the facility up.

Nice stay

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room is outdated, needs deep cleaning, and the bathtub stayed backed up and needs to be refinished.

The place just fit the bill Nothing really to mention.

Room was clean very quiet

The odor of weed was overpowering from the minute you opened the building door and throughout the hallways. This stench was better in the room but I honestly hated coming into this place. It never got better over the course of several days. Mounds of trash, not a bag or two, built up outside the rooms as people set it out to be collected by the hardworking housekeeping staff. The toilet flushed only if you held the handle down. The tub was streaked with attempted porcelain patches. On the positive side, a truly great breakfast buffet and very pleasant staff. It felt like no one had done quality control in a long time.

Chech in and out were easy. The room had two bath towels for two adults. When we asked for more staff was rude and uncaring. The desk in the room was falling apart. The door under the bathroom sink fell off. The property signage was old and out of date. Outdoor pool was closed for inspection. Something not communicated. Building fire alarm was tested this was also not communicated.
