Homewood Suites by Hilton Baltimore-BWI Airport

Our air conditioner was broken, so our room was close to 80 degrees at times, yet the lobby is so cold that your breakfast is immediately lukewarm. No one came to assist with our AC issue. I found out the pool has been out of commission for a significant period of time. There were someone else's undergarments behind one of the TV stands, hair in the shower, etc.. Extremely disappointed in the hotel.

The hotel itself and the grounds were very clean. The people were very nice that worked there very helpful especially Wes.

The pool wasn't open. The front desk equipment needs an upgrade. The kitchen didn't offer white bread I believe it should be a choice of wheat and white. Over all we had a wonderful stay.

However, The room was old, air conditioning was not working properly, the safe in the closet was broken and the cover to the ac buttons on the wall in the living room was detached.

The air condition didn't work. The cover over the unit in the wall blew off twice. We spoke with the front desk each day from Monday to Thursday and nobody came to check the unit to see what the problem was. We had to open the window and use 2 box fans to keep the room cool. Lucky for us the weather was nice so opening the window helped cool the room off. The room was clean and The breakfast was good so there's that. Will not stay there again.

Having said all of that, I have to commend the staff. They were amazing and bent over backwards to make things right. From feather-free room to comping nights to make up for AC debacle. Especially the front desk - specifically Tanika and Alexis (I think she was MOD), as well as older gentleman (didn't get name). All so very cheerful and helpful. I would give it only 1 star but for the excellent staff, who should be commended.

There was no working ac in the bedrooms!! The pool was out of service!!!

The pool was closed, the breakfast was the same limited items every day, and the A/C didn’t work. When we asked for help, the receptionist literally told us to open the windows and sleep. There was mold in the bathroom, the room was cleaned only twice in two weeks, and the cooktop broke and was never repaired. To make things worse, the staff was rude every time we approached them. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

the receptacles did not work for the top plug on either side of the bed other than that it was a very good stay, i will stay here again.

Excellent and friendly staff. The only issue I have is that the laundry room only had one functioning washer.

The room I received needed some updating. The bathroom door needed adjustment because it drags on the floor when trying to close it. Some of the TV channels were not available from time to time. It would’ve been nice to have some extra towels when he requested I was told that they would bring in just a little bit, but that never happened. The front desk staff were friendly! Breakfast was ok.

I was disappointed in how the hotel is aging and it shows the hallway carpet smells like mildew, the room there was a small refrigerator with dents in it and stains, the bathroom tub had rust in it the bathroom door was dirty the toilet water pressure was low. The breakfast was good I did like the redskins potatoes but the eggs had water in them there was no plant base options of milk so cereal and oatmeal was out my option..no real healthy Bread options. But I still appreciate the free meal..

The room was very spacious

The property was beautiful and well kept, there was construction happening and no A/C in some common areas. Otherwise the hotel was clean and quiet, and well kept

The AC did not work. Read the reviews. Why they keep renting those room out is ridiculous. Not even three box fans helped. Our flight was delayed so we checked in after 1am. It was too late to make changes. Be careful if it says non refundable.

The AC didn’t work in the room. There was no access to the pool and the entire hotel is runoff a generator.
