The room was very spacious

The property was beautiful and well kept, there was construction happening and no A/C in some common areas. Otherwise the hotel was clean and quiet, and well kept

The staff was friendly. Parking

The AC did not work. Read the reviews. Why they keep renting those room out is ridiculous. Not even three box fans helped. Our flight was delayed so we checked in after 1am. It was too late to make changes. Be careful if it says non refundable.

The AC didn’t work in the room. There was no access to the pool and the entire hotel is runoff a generator.

Breakfast was great. Facility was clean. Parking was easy! The cable for the TV was not stable. And the shower curtain was not water resistant and flooded the bathroom floor despite vigilance to prevent it.

Great stay

There was no AC when we got there and were forced to look for another hotel and pay there too. Came back the following day coz we had been promised it would be fixed the day after, and it had still not been fixed yet we had booked for a whole week. The room was 90 degrees.

Terrible

No AC and offered a fan or cancel reservation at 11 pm at night, the blinds were broken in the room, dishwasher broken, breakfast food questionable

Their HVAC system was broken, our room was 96 degrees at 10pm (outside temp was 82). No other rooms available at this or other hotels. Miserable night of sleeping due to heat discomfort. Room was otherwise clean, evening staff was apologetic and sincere.

No Ac for over a month.... but good staff, breakfast and self parking. Clean bedroom and clean bed. Easy check in

There were bugs in the lobby and in my room. Dead bugs in my son’s sofa bed. Pool was out of service when we had a group of boys who wanted to swim. The hallways were very hot. People had to hang out in the common are of the hotel where it was cool. The furniture is old and very worn.

breakfast

Nothing. The HVAC has been out for months. The rooms were 91 degrees, no fans, just pure heat. There is NO reason this hotel should be selling rooms at this location.

Second time booking at this hotel and when I came to check in, I was told the AC wasn't working. Not only that, I have not been issued a refund as I speak. Will never book with.you guys. And I need my money back. AC ISSUES OVER WEEKS

I am leaving a negative review because the air conditioning in my room was broken. It was the beginning of summer, and it was difficult to sleep without AC.

It was clean and very spacious. We were a family of 4 with 2 dogs and we had so much room. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but maybe having a coin machine in the laundry room would’ve been better.
