The location of this hotel is great but the hotel rooms themselves are not in good condition. The first room we were given had a broken pull out sofa bed and the window/wall air conditioner was extremely loud. After we let the desk know about the broken bed they sent us to a different room which was absolutely annoying at almost 11pm with 4 kids. They told us they would meet us at the new room to give us a new key card but no one was there and we were standing there waiting in the hallway while my husband had to go down to the lobby again. Once in the new room it had a funky smell but we did not feel like changing rooms again so we dealt with it. We asked on Saturday morning for our room to be serviced and it was so that was good. On Sunday we asked again for our room to be freshened up and no one ever came. We like trash to be taken out daily because those little cans fill quickly and towels changed out. Again we just let it go that they didn’t do the service. But Monday morning my son woke up with a very itchy leg and he showed me his leg there was what appeared to be a line of bug bites and my first thought is of course bed bugs. I pulled back the sheet and mattress cover on the bed he was on and while I didn’t see any bed bugs at that moment the mattress itself was extremely disgusting. It was stained and had nasty crumbs all in it. I let the front desk staff know at check out and I definitely got the impression that not much is going to be done. Extremely disappointing!

Great place for our family of 4 adults to stay in a double room suite. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, the rooms were spacious. Breakfast food and offerings were average but the service staff there were hard working, keeping the breakfast bar clean and stocked. Overall, a dated building and furniture, but clean and the property is in a convenient location near highway and airport.

The staff at check in and breakfast were very nice! Breakfast was fine, a standard continental breakfast. The room was clean but seemed a bit dated. The door separating the room from the living room area was taken off which was weird. While no big deal for our family, it did make the morning routine harder. One of the back door locks did not work to let us in with a key card. Since parking was tight, this was also a bit annoying.

The stay was exactly what we paid for. The side door entrance didn't work, the breakfast was ok but more importantly, the room looked clean and the staff was very nice. The lady at the front entrance I think it was Joanne, was extremely nice. She made our stay more pleasant. I would stay there again for that price point.

Location , friendly staff Hotel needs renovation all areas , for a Hilton , tubs leaking, hallways carpets old , breakfast furniture fabric all broken . Not a good impression

Had a positive review originally which still stands in regards to staff amenities and location. However our room had a few issues: door entry was hard to open, door to bathroom was loud and hard to open and close, electric outlet and lamp next to bed right side were not working, curtains appeared tattered and torn, head board was falling off the wall and seating in living room was a bit worn. Breakfast area seating was torn and tattered and in disrepair. Overall I think the hotel needs some updating and repairs. We hope to stay again in November since breakfast was a plus!! And staff in the evenings were wonderful!! Hope we don’t get a bad room next time.

Breakfast has a wide selection. Parking is a bit limited. Rooms were clean and kitchen areas as well. Quiet room and didn’t notice planes at all.

It was convenient to restaurants. It was close to the highway for easy access off and on. The things that I did not like was how dated the room was. Lots of stains on carpet and furniture. The hallway was like an oven. Very limited parking. It’s not he the best Hilton stay nor the worst. I would stay again just because of the location.

Everything was intact , we had a small problem in our room and Tracey at the front desk was quick to help. He was also so nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Very clean rooms and excellent staff

Breakfast was pretty amazing every day. Rooms are clean and come with some good amenities. My primary issue is with internet speed and parking.

The fan in the living are did not work and the lights in the bedroom did not work. I had to request for a new iron four times before receiving it making me late to an event. My room smelled stale.

Hotel was okay. I personally didn't like that they charge you for parking. Also, no bench in the fitness center. Positive interactions with the staff. Room was good for the price.
