Just the proximity to everything we need. Rudeness of the staff, overcharge on the utensils and bad acts.

The room was clean the shower faucet was coming off the wall. There was trash piled up outside the door to the room. House keeping knocked at 9am check out isn't until 11am. They shouldn't knock on the door until after check out time. Staff was friendly

I was thoroughly disappointed with this place . I stayed one night and checked out . It was really awful .

Check-in was not available until a ridiculous hour on a weekend, 10 am, and then I had to wait outside for a late check-in because checking in earlier in the day was not available. Horrible experience.

Nothing The cleanliness, we found roaches. Just overall a dirty place.

The location was quite good. The room was ok. It was clean and well prepared. This place is not designed as a hotel. It is more suitable, as per the name, for extended stays where you move in with all your own stuff. It is also ok for one night before your flight. The lady on the counter seemed a bit frustrated with us. The bonus was laundry facilities at a very good rate and a vending machine. As per the name, it is an Extended stay facility. This place in aminly used by people who need to live somewhre for a prolonged period. They move in with all their stuff in here. Our neighbors played music, smoked and talked outside their rooms until 4am. You could smell that stuff in your room as if you were participating. There was nobody to talk to about that. People came and went at all hours of day and night, the walls are thin so you get to hear EVERYTHING. Stories write themselves here. Half of the lights in the room did not work. There was no cutlery or crockery at all, not even plastic ones. No hair dryer. I didn't have an expectation for thsi place.
