Extended Stay America Select Suites Baltimore BWI Airport

Over a 2 week, stay my stovetop was broke, so I only had one small burner to use. I reported it. They said that they would have it fixed. And I never seen anyone come.It was never fixed

This is definitely a rundown facility. The bathtub was rusted out, the shower tile grout was missing everywhere. I would have thought this was a Motel 6.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed given the cost of the rooms.

This hotel is falsely advertised. It is essentially a long term stay option for folks in between housing. It is old, dank, stained, smelly. Our sheets had hair on them (the bottom sheet...but really, does it matter? It wasn't my hair. End of story). The staff was as nice and accomodating as can be, so 4 stars for them. But it was not what I expect from Extended Stay -- especially by an airport -- it did not feel safe, and we ended up leaving.

Property was very used. Kitchen amenities but no mugs or cups. A bit odd.

My sheets were used and the bathroom sink was full with water. The place wasnt cleaned and it was very obvious.

The parking lot was clean. The cleanliness of my room was an absolute disaster. I was booked for 2 nights but I ended up booking with another hotel i could NOT have my children and myself sleep under those conditions. The carpet looked and smelled soo bad…the bed have someone’s else hair all over the sheets…the bathroom….the tub…everything was just eeew….The staff did come clean again but the entire facility needs to be torn down and revamped. Until then I won’t ever stay at the extended stay-sorry.

This facility was poor at best. Inside was fine but I felt unsafe with the clientele and the cleanliness and the maintenance of the building.

It had a stove and microwave The non smoking room smelled of smoke. The floors were filthy. There were no cutlery or utensils in the kitchen, not even a cup.

I seen the pictures online about the place and I was impressed and I’m on vacation. Well, when I got to the property I’m like Hell No I must be at the wrong place. The property looked ran down and you had drug addicts everywhere. So I’m thinking let’s see how the room is? Well the lady at the front desk would not let me see the room RED FLAGS? Well they changed shifts and the new guy gave me the key to the room to look at but he warned me the pictures online is not the pictures of this hotel. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I opened the door of the room and instantly said HELL NO, Bed Bugs written all over this place. I called Expedia quickly asking for a refund or find me a better place. The guy at the front desk was very apologetic and said I don’t know why they put those pictures online. After 2 hours on the phone with Expedia they found me another hotel near by but I have to pay $400 for this place and they will refund my money at a later date. Had no choice but to be held hostage. I took the room which turned out to be maybe just a little better than the Hotel Junkies Place. With all the delays and my first day wasted I just settled in and made the best of my situation. Long story short do your research and Please whatever you do don’t believe the pictures Expedia put on their site.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out process. I certainly recommend
