Hilton Garden Inn BWI Airport

There was not a hot tub at this hotel as advertised. The only reason I decided to spend the extra money was because it was the only hotel in the vicinity that offered a hot tub . I have a very bad back and severe arthritis and no, I was gonna be in pain from driving the three hours to get there to stay overnight for my early morning flight to Florida. Very disappointed otherwise the hotel was very very nice.

Charged twice on a room and can’t get anyone to help fix it. Would not recommend! Stay at a different hotel.

We just stayed one night; easy to reach from BWI.

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. The staff was so awful to me personally. There were bugs in the room, the shower had dirt come up when the water turned on. Andrew the desk person and the manager Mitch were particularly offensive. Do not recommend.

Hotel was overall clean. Has a pool. Upon entering my room the first thing I noticed were all the curtains had knife gashs/slices in them. The room was overall clean. The breakfast included is very minimal, cereal, bagels, maybe some muffins, and biscuits. Staff was nice. Note: YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK HERE!

The room was clean, but the toilet seat was loose and the pull down curtain looked like someone had shot a bunch of bee-bee gun bullets through it.

Breakfast should be free for the cost u pay for a room . Fridge’s should be full of drinks and snacks to be billed to room and the food should be available 24 hours being out the air port

This was a short stay due to airport delays but the customer service was excellent. They even ordered complimentary Lyfts to the airport.

Room was clean, friendly staff. They do charge $5 a night for parking which we were surprised by but not a big deal.
