Staff was excellent, room was always clean with bed made up

Breakfast should be free for the cost u pay for a room . Fridge’s should be full of drinks and snacks to be billed to room and the food should be available 24 hours being out the air port

This was a short stay due to airport delays but the customer service was excellent. They even ordered complimentary Lyfts to the airport.

Room was clean, friendly staff. They do charge $5 a night for parking which we were surprised by but not a big deal.

Our room was comfortable and clean. And the cafe served delicious food late at night, and early in the morning. The staff was very welcoming. When their airport transport van was not available, they arranged an uber for us.

Had a long stay and interacted with multiple staff members who were 10/10 helpful, friendly and genuine. Great breakfast.

I have stsyed at this hotel 10 times. This time they charged for parking. I didn't like it. I won't go back again if they charged for parking.
