The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. In the morning, the coffee dispenser was always full and coffee was hot. My room was clean and when I asked for service, everything was nicely done. A great property!!! Thank you!

The room was clean, the breakfast that was served at the restaurant was really good too. We had no problems checking in. Overall, it was a great experience.

Exceptional

The property is close to BWI airport and only a few minutes from M&T stadium. The property sits in a quiet location. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good and they also serve dinner. Perfect if you are too jet lagged to leave the hotel. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not working. All and all, this is a good place to stay.

This is a well maintained property, and that staff was great.

Property was clean and location was great for our family. Our reservation said it included breakfast but we were unsure of the process as we were not told at check-in and it was busy in the morning, so did not have time to wait and inquire. There are signs everywhere to pay for parking, but clearly at your own risk because another guest told me they saw a couple of men trying door handles of cars in the parking lot at night.

Clean environment

The hotel was very clean, both inside and out, and our room was clean as well. The bed was okay—not the most comfortable, but definitely not the worst. The bar is just a small counter near the front desk, but it was convenient for grabbing a drink. The reason for my 3-star rating is the staff. With the exception of the woman working overnight, everyone we encountered seemed like they didn’t really want to be there. When I went to check in, there was no “hello” or even an acknowledgment. The front desk employee and a maintenance man simply stared at me until I said I was there to check in. Even then, she barely spoke to me. Later, when we stopped at the bar to get a drink, we had a similar experience with the bartender. The staff interactions left us feeling a little uncomfortable and definitely affected our overall experience. There are many other hotels in the area, so next time we’ll likely choose one of those instead.

Booked for hot tub and it wasn’t even open that day

Asked for early check in ahead of the time, they managed it ahead of time. It was important as my daughter needed to lie down due to medical issues. Room was nice Front desk staff was a little rude when we were checking in early about 1:30, until they checked and a room had already been assigned. So some staff somewhere was excellent, others so so.

The pool and hot tub were not clean and after getting in the pool you can see it was unclean and so we got out after only a few minutes. We felt sick for a few hours (nausea, abdominal discomfort) after being in the pool. There was no signage stating that the hot tub was not working.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel allows pets and someone left a barking dog unattended in the room that barked loudly for a very long time until after 10:30 PM and started barking again early that morning until we left and checked out! There were lots of hotel guests complaining about it. Also, they charge for parking…we were not pleased about that.
