Just overall great place to be. It was under construction but that didn't bother us.

Ceiling damage leaking to our room we needed to put towels on the floor.

Great staff. Great shuttle. Clean space. Solo female traveler. Thank you!

Staff was nice, good location. Room was clean except for the glob of hair in the bathtub, which tells me that the bathtub was not cleaned. When I ran the water, the hair moved. Had the water been run, housekeeping would have seen it.

It smell like dogs in the hallway and the guess dog barked all night long.

Enjoyed stay

We stayed here just one night, got a king bed with a pullout for our teenager. There was no bedding for the pullout. When we went to the front desk, they had no extra pillows and acted like it was an insane request to ask for bedding for a room that's supposed to sleep 4. The staff was extremely uncaring and didn't give us anything. The room itself was filthy, the floors were dirty. People were yelling in the hallways in the middle of the night.

Free airport shuttle service, super friendly staff, and a hotel that’s clean and comfortable! And did I mention they offer a free breakfast too? Definitely a great place to stay!

When I tried to check in the desk attendant stated that they cancelled my reservation and they were booked and couldn't give me another room.

Overall, our stay was fine. The room was very spacious and clean. The living and bedroom areas were updated and nicely styled, though the bathroom could have used some cosmetic updates. The free breakfast was a nice perk & tasty, and the staff were friendly. However, what made our stay just “fine” was when we arrived just after 3 for check (in as stated in our booking confirmation), our room was not ready. Not to mention there was a line almost to the front door to check in. We were there for a Morgan Wallen concert, so it was understandable that the hotel was more crowded, however, this was something that could have been better planned and prepared for to accommodate the larger influx of guests by the hotel. We ended up waiting about a total of an hour in the lobby for our room. Thankfully, the concert was postponed due to weather, otherwise we would have been pushing it for time due to the room delay.

The facility is very nice, well located to BWI airport and Baltimore. Staff was awesome, could have not asked for better service. The facility is under renovations, but don't let that discourage you from staying there. Not noisy, dusty, or anything like that. Doing upgrades on the interior, making sure not to interfere or inconvenience guest. Would stay there again.

I love the cleanliness of my room, also the rates were great for the amount of space. The staff were all very kind and helpful, I had no issues with parking. I would book another stay whenever I'm in the area.

Whole experience was horrible. Staff is very rude

The best advice - don’t stay here. Terrible staff, urine in the toilet when we arrived to our room, asked to come retrieve tissue after not receiving service after four days stay, the list goes on….we will NEVER stay here again and suggest you avoid it altogether.
