Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baltimore BWI Airport

Pretty much the Hotels self-explanatory as far as the amenities and the cleanings everything was very well kept nice personnel. Their hospitality professionalism was wonderful. I’ve enjoyed myself.

Staff was good and were very happy with our stay!

Nothing They show availability in booking but when you book they change your location to another location, just they do that so you they don't lost money horrible

The door on the bathroom needs to be replaced. The place definitely needs some upgrades but you get what you pay for. The one thing that really bothered me was that housekeeping knocked on my door and told me to leave before 11am and that made me furious. The property definitely needs some upgrades.

Bed was small and uncomfortable. Room wasn’t very well maintained. Tv only had 5 channels. Loud, noisy hallways with thin walls. Most outlets didn’t work in the room.

I will say the bathroom was clean and had nice towels. The toilet seat was loose, a piece of used gum was on the floor by the AC unit. A table lamp have the cord taped up. They claim to have breakfast at 5am, nothing at 515 am

Nothing about this property is to be liked. It was a terrible experience. The first night I got there there was a door connected, which was not shown in the pictures before I booked the hotel. Also, the pictures were deceiving. Nothing looked like how it looked via the website so I was offended and I would never take my family here again it’s dangerous not clean and the staff are not reliable.

Good location near BWI. Things to do near by if there is time to kill. It's clean from the lobby to the room. Bathroom has great ventilation if traveling with several people. We've stayed here in the past and certainly will again when flying.

Clean room with very, very nice hotel staff. Not a luxury place but it served the purpose when my flight was canceled at the last minute. FYI the shuttle is their minivan driven by the front desk clerk. I have never seen that before. All-in-all, I would stay here again.

They do not offer contenta breakfast. It is in a carryout box and its cold. The rooms are old and dirty ad well as the bathrooms. I had reserved this for 2 nights but ended uo staying 1 and left. I would not come back here again.
