We ended up booking last minute at this hotel because our prior booking was cancelled without notification and we just jumped on Expedia to quickly make arrangements. We thankfully were able to book but the minute I walked into the establishment the young lady at the counter was extremely rude. She was upset that Expedia allowed me to book when they were apparently full. It’s not my fault. I did what I needed to do. Other than the rude staff member, everything else with the room was perfect.

I stayed one night but the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel and my room was very clean and sanitized. Parking was close to my room which made things easier for me to move back and forth to the car. The hotel is very close to the hotel and easy to navigate. I would definitely return.

It was okay definitely outdated for my liking I definitely will go with another hotel in the area for a little more cost just to be more comfortable but for the price point I suppose it's decent esp if you just using it just for a nights stay or will mostly be busy out during the stay.

The rooms typically are clean but the carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed. Staff checking in was amazing! Shuttle arrived on time and got us to the airport. When I called for a shuttle pickup on our return, the staff said she did not have time for me and have a lot of people checking in. We had to hire a taxi. The shuttle service is a huge consideration when we travel and leave from BWI airport. This has been the 2nd issue we have had with Marriott Courtyard in our recent stays.

I didn't receive housekeeping while I was there. They said, they skipped my room because I had a do not disturb sign on the door. That was not correct.

Marriott and its chains need to improve the quality of the room and train the staff properly.

Hotel was just okay. Rooms were comfortable, but could use some upgrades including better lighting, mirrors and deep cleaning. Shower pull did not work and half of water was coming out the head and the rest in the tub. Hallways were humid, stuffy and soggy. Ice maker on 3rd floor didn't work and there was major confusion on the two sides. Bartender was not friendly but front desk staff were great. I will not be staying here again.
