Location was just what we needed. The shampoos and soaps were great. Breakfast was good The room smelled like a pet room. The shower door leaked. The staff weren’t welcoming. Overpriced for an event.

I requested some special adjustments due to the fact that I had just had cancer treatment that day and the staff was amazing. I’m ever so grateful for what they did. The room was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was great and The shuttle service from the airport was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

Our flight was canceled, along with many others- this was the first hotel on my list that wasn’t sold out, and the third or fourth one I tried. The shuttle was appreciated, even if the late night driver was a little gruff and treated the shuttle like a small sports car( Granny would not approve). Staff was friendly but could be more familiar with their computer systems, and the lobby/ dining area needed more attention, twice- they happily fixed issues when pointed out. After being stuck at the airport for 8 hours, two of them on the tarmac, and getting in late without any luggage; we were very happy with our room, shuttle, and breakfast. We did not even look at the pool.

Selected this hotel for the BTS and Olivia Dean concerts as it was close to both venues. My niece attended both concerts so checked in. She told me the room was clean but had “an odd smell” to it. When I arrived the next day I found the room to smell of urine. Apparently BTS adrenaline can override olfactory nerves. I immediately expressed concern to the front desk and Mark came up and had no problem moving us to another room, which was comparable to the previous room. I appreciated the prompt assistance and follow up upon getting settled. Breakfast was fine, adequate selections to start your day off whether you’re a light eater or want a hearty meal. The lobby area was clean and looked well maintained. The hotel is in walking proximity to Chick-fil-A, Dunkin’ Donuts, Potbelly and other restaurants. Uber to CFG & M&T were reasonable for the distance and event traffic. Overall, a convenient, clean and accommodating hotel for attending events. Would definitely recommend.

Great selection, the pre-made ham and cheese sandwiches in the wrappers were terrible, soggy, hard and dry bread. Pre packaged ham sandwich.
