Not so good. The shampoo and conditioner was empty and we had to go find some. The door to the toilet opened out so no one could be using the sink and mirror at the time someone came out of the shower of toilet- really bad design.

We stayed here when attending a field hockey tournament at Towson University. Sparkling location, beautifully maintained. The staff was very helpful and amenities were very nice. It was especially helpful to have a laundry available to wash her uniform after two long games. Traffic was heavy during the weekend, and our drive time reflected this. Although no fault assigned to the hotel, I would try to find a different place to stay closer to the campus next time.

Good stay

Clean facility, enjoyable breakfast selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Like many hotels, the water pressure in the shower could be better. No self serve ice machines, but instead the front desk makes you bags of ice upon request. The parking lot is shared or perhaps leased to a construction company, so there were some work trucks coming and going. The pool was very nice and maintained well. Also a nice outdoor picnic area with grills available, some guests were cooking up some barbecue that smelled great. Overall a great experience would definitely stay here again.

Large clean room with entire kitchen: stove, dishwasher, microwave, big refridgerator. Very helpful staff and free shuttle to and from airport. Loved the pool and fitness center.

Incredible value. Large clean rooms with a full kitchen, pool, and an amazing free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoy my stay here

Kitchen area is minimally stocked with cooking items - 1 small pot and a pan. The people at the front desk during the day time hours were very nice and helpful, but the younger lady in the evening seemed inconvenienced by being asked for items such as new towels or bag of ice. The ONLY ice maker in the whole building is behind the front desk - so any time you need ice you have to ask them for it. Bring your own toiletries - the shampoo and conditioner is so watered down that it doesn't even clean. They do not put lotion or hand soap in the bathrooms, They will give you a tiny bottle of lotion at the front desk if you ask for it, but there is no hand soap. Breakfast was typical hotel buffet hot items - nothing special but there is little variety in the items. The type of egg and meat changed each day but every other item was exactly the same and the only fresh fruit was bananas and apples. Also, more hot food was not brought out within the last 30 minutes of breakfast so if you were there toward the end there was hardly any left.

The phone reception and the internet connection was horrible.

Very nice staff, easy check in. Well maintained facility. Bathtub backed up while taking shower.

The facility was clean. The beds were actually comfortable! The room was spacious with enough closet and drawers for a longer stay. The mini kitchen was an unexpected bonus. The pool was much needed in the hot days we were there. Now for what everyone REALLY wants to know, the breakfast was amazing!!’ The smoked sausage, eggs, potatoes with bell peppers, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. The variety changed daily but was just a great each day.

Very loud, could hear the water pipes from others showering incredibly loud, toilets flushing people running and banging all night

I was only there for 1 night while waiting for an early morning plane. It was good but a little loud at night.

The room was clean and had a full kitchen available, with dishes. Complimentary breakfast was tasty, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything was very nice.
