Clean room and beds are comfortable

Everything was actually great except the layout of the hotel is terrible. Unless you know to ask for a room close to the elevator you will be walking a lot. The worst layout of any hotel I have ever stayed in and I am a very frequent traveler. I was supposed to be there 3 nights and left after the first night.

The location was ok. I was unable to stay in my usual hotel due to unavailability. The reception was fine. The breakfast was terrible. The french toast was soggy, the oatmeal not cooked properly, the timer on the waffle maker was not working so I had to estimate the cook time. The food overall was inedible. The elevator was out of order for a time but eventually repaired but presented a fire hazard. The woman who managed breakfast spoke to guests inappropriately including me. She should never use terms of endearment such as sweetheard or honey in a place of business. This is discrimination based on age and gender. She did not speak to men in such a fashion. The manager supports this discrimination based on age and gender and made that clear to me when I addressed this with him because of her upbringing. I commented that he would have seen this differently if reference was made about black people. This manager evaded the problem and scolded me for loudlycomplaining about the broken elevator. I would also like to comment that the location of the elevator was far to to walk with luggage. I am a member of Marriott and rarely have issues with any of their hotels.

breakfast was ok, didn't really expect a lot, had to wait for several items to be made but not a problem.. except for coffee, cannot run out of at breakfast time ... a place to fill water bottles. was told to go to the gym but watwe was empty

The caretaker of the morning breakfast buffet did an excellent job. The entire staff was helpful.

The kitchen was clean. The oveall was clean. There wasn't enough kitchen utensils. There enough towels in the room. In order to get ice you had to go to the front desk instead of going to a ice machine to get it your self.

It was good for the one night stay for four. The breakfast was nice, including having the hot food options. Wish they would restock the food when certain items were finished like the muffins since there was an hour remaining for breakfast.

Cost was 20% more than reasonable

Helpful staff all around. Bfast was good, Free parking & Wifi were pluses. Liked having the mini kitchen in room. Great location for our purposes.

Totally average place. Had an early flight and they had a shuttle.

It had a small kitchenette with everything you would need.

Room was very clean but the furniture, including the mattress need replacing. Furniture is old and mattress is worn out. Staff was excellent, breakfast was typical cheap food, and limited in selection, no cream cheese available for the bagels! Did not use the pool.
