Very good

Location is excellent. Very close to BWI and Chili’s next door. Bed. I didn’t sleep very well. They are awful, just didn’t get a great sleep.

The sheets were dirty. The mattress was stained as well. The front desk lady tried to be helpful, but I ended up moving to another room. This property definitely needs to be renovated.

Parking was a challenge and the courtesy van kept blocking the dismount area for new arriving guests

Everything was pretty good, except there was no safe in our room. The curtains only closed about 2 feet on both sides, which left an opening of 4 feet. The sheers were sheer and torn, and we were facing the parking lot which we had the lights shining into our room. Our bed pillows were 18” square; wouldn’t even be big enough for a single bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. For an overnight stay it was fine.

I read the 10/10 reviews and the comments about updated space. We were on the 4th floor, so maybe the updates started on 1st floor. The floor in our shower/tub felt like it would break. The only outlet in the bathroom didn't work, making using the hair dryer difficult. The iron ruined my shirt leaving black streaks on it. And the ironing board was disgusting. Sunday breakfast didn't begin until 7am and we needed to be at the airport by 6:30am. Could easily hear the people in the rooms on either side of our room. We didn't use the shuttles as they looked a bit unsafe with multiple dents. Parking appeared to be good. I left a note with this info on my key card as the staff just said drop the key card in the box.

Staff was easy to work with (expect for the non-English speaker). Breakfast was disappointing! Milk (cereal, coffee, etc.) was bad. It was being held in a refrigerator that was 55 degrees. That made my wife sick.

The airport shuttle didn’t come at all and as a solo woman traveling, I had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle that never came and ended up taking an uber. Airport shuttle was the primary reason I booked the hotel. The guy at the reception was very unapologetic and was very unhelpful. Also, he told me breakfast would be served at 6. Apparently it is served at 7 on weekends and at 6:50 there was no staff to be found at the serving area. I decided to skip breakfast and go to the airport since I had a 9:15 flight. Overall a very bad experience. The only friendly face there was the airport shuttle driver

Alarm clock and coffee maker were broken. Mold in the caulk around the shower. Microwave smelled like curry.

The courtesy computer and printer were not working.

This was a good place for an overnight to catch an early train. I greatly appreciated the complimentary transportation to the train station too. What would have been helpful was more electrical outlets in my room for a computer and charging devices overnight.

Room was stinking and towels had yellow stains and hair. NEVER AGAIN!
