Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful

The website indicates that the hotel provides shuttle service. I have stayed at MANY hotels at the airport and they all provide that. The difference it, THIS hotel does not offer 24-hour service and the website does not note that. I had to be at the airport at 4am but the shuttle did not run from 12am to 4:30 am so I had to pay forty dollars for an Uber. I was not a happy camper. There was a lady in line behind me that heard the conversation and was to be in the same boat I was in. I won't stay at that hotel and again and I will advise co-workers, friends and family not to do so either if they need to be at the airport after midnight but before 4am.

Breakfast was filling with waffles eggs, toast parties and breakfast meat

Big, air conditioned room. Very clean , good service , excellent full breakfast. Some early evening conversation noise from next door. Excellent value.

Their computers were down so they would not give us a room when we arrived at 11:15pm. We waited 30 minutes then cancelled the room and had to go somewhere else so we could get some sleep.

Nothing great and nothing terrible.

It was a fine place on the middle side. Not fancy but having Chilli on site was good.

We had a very spacious room (size of two hotel rooms) for the King room, may have been handicap room. Room was very clean. Linens were clean but pilling, otherwise comfortable. Only complaint on room condition was the plastic lining of the shower was peeling badly. Shower insert needs replacing. Quiet safe area with Chili’s new door. Breakfast included had good selection.

The bathtub were not clean and the bottom of it were falling off. And everything in the room except the bed looked old and worn out. Like the leather was falling off the chair. When you leave the room, you have to double check you closed your door all the way

There was unfinished drywall in the bathroom. The ottoman was stained. The toilet was leaking and the room was hot.

Front desk lady was terrible and a bit rude. Gave us the wrong room and she didn’t care and then they turned our room keys off 10 minutes before check out so we had to go down to the front desk just to get back into our rooms. Hotel was nice but the one lady at the front desk ruin the experience

The room was clean and comfortably slept 2 adults and 2 teens. The staff was helpful at check-in. The hot breakfast was a welcome sight in the morning.

My stay was very good

The hotel was an okay stay. The beds were clean but the room smelled humid and there was mold in the bathroom. It was for one night so it wasn’t too bad, but the staff were super rude when I had called the day before for early check in. They had assured me early check in and the day of, were super rude to me about it. Breakfast was not the best either.

Breakfast was ok.. eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. What really annoyed me was the tattered American flag on the pole outside.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was not very good. No fresh fruit.

Musty room, no towels available on day 2.

The hotel is older. Air conditioning was loud.

The manager couldn’t even bother to help us when I explained to her that I had driven all day with kids in the car. Do not book this hotel unless you pay in advance because the management team will not honor “pay at property” option. Extremely disappointing.

2nd stay here but the price was up a good deal since this time last year and I suspect a concert in Baltimore is to blame for that. Not sure why hotels need to raise rates just because there is a special event in the nearby area.
