The room was great. The bathroom on the other hand was awful. The tub wouldn’t drain properly and the there were patches of hair on the ceiling in the tub. The wall in the bathroom were under construction. Curtain rod was coming off the wall and the faucet was as well falling out. Was pleased with the bedroom but the bathroom was awful.

Great condition!

The room was clean and comfortable but I noticed that some paint was needed in some of the areas in my room and throughout the hotel. But all in all my stay was comfortable and pleasant.
-
Bed was hard as a rock. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
-
Nice room clean but the bed covers had odd smell
-
very nice clean friendly staff an enjoyable stay

Room was spacious. Very clean. Friendly staff. Chili's Restaurant is literally next door! Very convenient to airport.
-
Hotel was nice and cozy. Breakfast was included which is plus point for us. Location was also great.

The staff was super helpful. I had to change rooms because my AC didn’t work. I think the room I was moved to was a “last resort” room. The paint was peeling, the shower wall was peeling, the drain was broken and there wasn’t any soap. The staff made up for the unpleasant aspects.

Good place

The room was big and open, large bathroom, two large windows, received a room close to the elevator as desired, breakfast was tasty and offered till 10:30am on weekends. Room temperature was uncomfortable: A/C was too strong (cold) but room was too hot/muggy with A/C reduced. Biggest disappointment has been the desk staff who overcharged me / wrongfully billed me TWICE. I approached the front desk to extend my stay by one additional night; the staff named an acceptable rate and I digitally signed to agree. I was not emailed a receipt nor given a printed receipt (yes, now I know I should have asked for a receipt but I trusted the staff would do their job)—I was charged $245 dollars instead of the $119 I was quoted (including taxes/fees). When I called the hotel a few days later to ask for an adjustment/reimbursement of the ~$125 difference, they CHARGED me $125 instead of reimbursing me. They did send a receipt, but it was confusing. The staff verbally reassured me that the receipt was correct, but nonetheless, I was charged instead of reimbursed. I have since unsuccessfully found a resolution through either the hotel or my bank fraud line. I will keep trying but this is a giant waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this hotel, despite the nice room and supposed good rate, as multiple staff are untrustworthy or cannot effectively perform their jobs.

Not a lot. Some staff were relatively friendly. Breakfast was terrible. The gym had no equipment, it had been stolen. Most days they didn't even have bottled water. Highly not recommended.
-
The place was pretty clean but also run down. No water available for drinking.
-
Everything is great , but the walls are thin

Great price for the location. Would be better if they ran shuttle a little longer. This place is comfortable and clean. there were some difficulties with the payment system that were inconvenient for me as I had to rerun my card.
-
Breakfast was fairly good Cleanliness, friendliness, condition of facilities
-
The sofa bed was bad, need a much better mattress
-
The bad was that the lights sometimes did not work, the bathtub is both rooms were damaged with severe cracks fully through the tubs, towels were scarce as we had four people but they only provide two towels, and finally, Laundry machines were unavailable for all five days as someone abandoned their bad odor laundry.

Had a severe ant problem that resulted in us changing rooms.
