Spacious rooms, handicap accessible

Nice, clean room, Lobby, and friendly staff. Only one night stay with an early departure, but everything went smoothly. Parking can be a bit tough, due to the long-term parking, however, it was the best airport accommodations we’ve had.

The front desk staff was amazing I had an incident with my hot water running and I believe her name was Katie she was so helpful and amazing! Hotel very clean and friendly

And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect.

Terrible hotel, dirty, insects in the room. Air condition does not work with. 100 degrees outside. They charge you 17$ for parking but no parking spot bc they rent it to someone else. No one at the desk to check you out . They don’t honor elite members. If there is a zero star I would have chose it. Don’t stay there.

Nothing wrong…..just a little outdated for the rooms. Also has the usual $17 parking since it’s close to airport

In addition to this there was only 1 working elevator which meant terribly long lines and long waits to navigate the hotel. I think that the management is poor and the guests are suffering due to this. The rooms were OK but definitely needs updating especially in the bathrooms.

But it was the staff that really made this place shine. In particular, the person at the front desk when we checked in was extremely helpful. We had four hours to kill because of a canceled flight before the official check-in. She got us into a room early, and was extremely cheerful about it.

The bathroom in the hotel room was not clean. The floor had hair and dust and pieces of trash.

Simple! I’ll Never Ever Book Thru Hotels.com nor Stay At The Marriott Again!
