We took a cab to the hotel after waiting more than an hour for the shuttle. The room was in the poorest condition of any Marriott I have ever stayed. There was no streaming service for tv; maintenance confirmed. On a planned 8 day visit, this was unacceptable. (I left 2 days early because of this- yet, requested a refund but because it was a package deal through Expedia, they said YOU refused). The toilet was extremely low and the water level was high - get it ? No nightlight, shower and floor very dangerous when wet. They did replace the broken hairdryer. The sheets didn't have deep enough pockets to fit the mattress. The entire hotel could use an upgrade. The furniture in the lobby was worn and no leather in places due to wear. The house keeper couldn't understand English. The employees were nice enough downstairs. Food in dining room was better than average. If you have a car , the parking lot is sometimes full because of the outside events in the ballrooms. This can be a problem at night because of the area. I had chosen Marriott because I never expected these problems; now I'm having second thoughts.

Had a large room with plenty of space for our luggage. Also got a rate that included a breakfast buffet.

only problem i am having is getting reimbursed from airline through expedia really hard to navigate trying find a reciept from my stay or itenery

Close to the airport and also to the light rail station (hotel shuttle was available to get you there). Rooms were spacious and comfortable, as were the beds. The buffet breakfast (included in our rate) was decent, and the cooked to order omelettes were excellent. The bar staff and evening restaurant staff were appalling, and that is being kind. Many people simply gave up (including us) and resorted to the overpriced snack options in the lobby (a bag of chips, fruit gummies and a soft drink, and that was dinner :-( sadly). The staff basically ignored everyone. We would ask a passing staff member if we could order dinner and he just kept passing by, numerous times then cleared some tables then disappeared. The lone bar person served drinks to those sitting at the bar only, and ignored the people standing behind and waiting to get a drink (or try and order food) completely. But they had plenty of time to bi*ch about some things or someone, without any regard for who was listening (ie paying guests).

There’s a charge for everything.. Parking cost $$, internet cost $$. Hotel rooms are small with no microwave. Kind of outdated. My fridge leaked water from day one. I will never be going to this hotel again.
