The overall hotel stay was satisfying. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

ANYMORE.

Stayed for 5 nights. They did not clean the room at all. Only after followed up multiple times, changed the room after 4 nights stay. Things were not property kept in the room. No hand wash filled, no laundry bag, lift is working too slow etc.,

Elevator broke down and we were on the 5th floor, so that made for a negative first impression. The staff was kind and the shuttle driver was friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

The property was very clean. The staff was excellent. I love the fact that I was right near the airport ,30 minutes to downtown and I can’t say that I disliked anything. Everything was excellent thank you Fairfield By Marriott for a wonderful experience. here in Mexico.

The bathroom light was so dimmed you couldn’t see very well in there. The top of the shower was peeling and it looked like it had not been cleaned. There was a line of white stuff on the shower and hair and sand on the tub. It looked like it had not been cleaned very well overall. The breakfast was good.

The staffs are nice and always ready to help

We stayed for 2 days and our room was never cleaned and we didn’t get any clean towels. The bed was so uncomfortable like it was a broken spring in it. Like a big hole in it. It was so uncomfortable i had to lay in the middle of the bed.

Great place to stay! Good location

Upon arrival to room, toilet paper was in base of toilet, so tried to flush it down. Instead of it flushing, the water rose and TP began to back up out of toilet. We called the desk and attendent stated "i will let them know." It was around 130am, so we went to bed. At 730a, the toilet water was still high and unable to flush, so we called desk again, and received same message. We waited until the last minute to get ready, in hopes someone would come fix it. So, we leave for the day around 1030a, stopping by the desk first where she informed us "room 426, i have told maintenance." Fast forward til 1230a, we get back to hotel to find our hotel door open. YES OPENNNN... obviously, they came in and fixed the toilet but left our door open, with the inside latch pushed forward, catching the door. Thankfully we noticed nothing missing, but it was left open. We walk in, toilet appears normal, but no housekeeping to room. Maintenance used our towels and left them in floor (assuming to dry floor), and beds unmade, trash still there .. NO HOUSE KEEPING... So needless to say, we got ready for bed and such, used restroom, flushed toilet, bammmm... wont flush, and water is rising.. I said "f*** it and went to bed"

Front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel property condition was good. For being an airport hotel it was a good value.

The king size beds are amazing

Breakfast is good. Decent room for a great rate.

Tbh I usually don’t even write reviews but this hotel was so dirty it does not look as it does as the picture. I ate ant the hotel in my room and woke up with ants on my bed and table . And usually when I eat at a hotel I see no ants . And then the tv kept turning on even when I didn’t even turn it on. Elevator was not working . Like it’s mold on the wall and stuff. For 378$ 3 nights I would def want my refund back . Never coming to this hotel 1/10 .

The hotel is a little dated, but very adequate for what I needed. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The shuttle driver was the best and most memorable part of my stay. It's a clean and efficient property. If you do not need fancy and you are not pretentious, this property is perfectly acceptable to stay in.
