Not a good neighborhood, bed bugs

they had coffee packets in the room but no coffee maker. the water pressure in the shower was awful. at least the room was clean

There’s a $50 deposit they charge and hold for 3-5 business days after check out. No small refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Community microwave by lobby in horrible condition and gross! Stay somewhere else!

It was good for a bargain hotel. Disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. But you get what you pay for. It was a good hotel for the price

Everything was great

The room was clean, but there was visible water damage, as well as the damp smell that results from it.

Clean and convenient rooms, though a little challenging to find. Basic motel.

There were stickers all over that stated 100% SMOKE FREE. The room smelled deeply of smoke, the walls, the carpet, the sheets. It was difficult to sleep it was so embedded in the room.

I was charged twice for some reason. I even had the extra 13 protection on refund

The room was clean and the bed super comfortable!!! It was quiet. We had a very good stay!

Couldn't check in early even though the sign advertised it for a fee that I was willing to pay. Front desk clerk said no public bathrooms when asked. I had to go to a restaurant with my family of 4 adults (1 senior) and a toddler. There were spiders in one room and no hand soap in the other room. The bathroom has barely enough room for you to turn around and the toilets are very low to the ground. More like a potty for toilet training. The bathtub was rusted and inside the shower was dirty. Red roof plus aggravation!! The price was cheap... spend the money and go somewhere BETTER! Thankfully I only needed to stay 1 night.

This place was an absolute dump - avoid at all costs. The beds seemed clean but that was the only selling point.

The facility is quite old. The room was fine and clean but the overall quality of the hotel is pretty low. Doesn’t offer much besides the bedroom.

Safe area and clean rooms

Toilet seat, falling off toilet handle didn’t go up Shower continually running with a drip sink plug won’t go up hairdryer smokes paid for deluxe room. They didn’t clean it the first two days after complaining they did it the third day and we’re leaving on Sunday. Cable not working.

Check in was at 3 pm. At 6 pm still zero rooms available. I had to really pressure staff to get into a room that was clean. Communication was poor. Front Desk staff was trying their hardest with zero support. Whoever is running this place needs to give those ladies a raise.

Upgraded to the “premium” room and several outlets did not work. The shower had a constant leaking drip. It rained during the day and water came through the door and soaked the rug. Staff was nice, just not the experience you’d expect from a premium room.

Cons: Stairways smelled like urine, multiple stains on the comforter, body wash dispenser was empty in the shower, overwhelming smell of cleaning detergent in the room, smell of smoke was wafting in the room in the middle of the night, and bed was quite soft.

Very clean rooms, quiet area and great staff!

The room was well stocked with towels and sheets. The room was good for the value if you need something quick.
