Hyatt House BWI Airport Baltimore

Clean hotel, could use a refresh, staff friendly. Served it purpose for quick in and out trip

1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th. 2. I asked for a quiet room and the night before check-out someone placed a family with a baby and 1 toddler and 1 small dog into the room just next door. Our last morning was noisy. 3. A huge group from “South Korea” looked like they were there on or for a church convention. We ran out of forks at breakfast and service to replenish food was slow on July 5th. We could have brought our forks from the room had we known. —— —— The front desk staff was fine. The gym was excellent and our view from our room was nice during the rain storm. We could see the fireworks from rm 609. My suggestion. For Hyatt House is to place bigger trash bins in then areas where you have removed the ice machines. A lot of customers cook while there and the trash bin under the sink is too tiny. On floors where the ice machine is missing you could have an ice decorative large trash bin for customers who order a lot of take out and for those who cook in the suites.

Very clean. There is no restaurant. They don’t serve food. The bar area was there but no one working. Concierge was polite and knowledgeable.

The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The room was fancier than expected. Ew restaurant are opening around it so there are more food options. My only thing is that the breakfast selection was limited.

Very nice facilty and staff. The air conditioner was set on 67 in our room, but we woke up and it was 73. Complained, but the staff said that the room temperature adjusts by itself depending on whether or not people were moving. Other than that, everything was ok.

The bathroom was not properly ventilated and the reception staff was not welcoming.

Very nice property

We were headed to NYC on SW Airlines when we were diverted to Baltimore and the flight was cancelled. Went on Booking.com and found this hotel and booked two rooms. Got there close to 11pm and found the room, beds and hotel very clean and comfortable. Took the train early the next morning before breakfast was served and staff made us a bag of snacks to take with us. It wasnt a dislike but because I booked through Booking.com, one room and check in was easy and the second took the clerk a while to get it to go through but he managed and we were off to our comfortable room. I had also booked a king room and received 2 queen's but honestly we liked that better.
