I Traveles 2 hrs and they canceled booking. I had to find another immediately by walk as I did have my car

As a senior solo traveler I am always aware of safety. I was comfortable staying here. It was convenient to the airport, there were resturants and gas stations nearby. My room was spacious and clean.
-
The room was clean it was a nice stay.
-
Just slept there it was nice

The property is convenient. We stayed for a long weekend. A little worn. The staff was friendly enough.
-
The property is dated and parking lot was crowded. It was hard to find parking and area didn’t seem safe enough to park far from entrance. It’s was noisy but conveniently located to airport. Good price point but for a double tree it needs updating.

I arrived early to Baltimore after flying in to airport. We went to area to be picked up and we tried several times to call hotel no anwer and phone lines were not working. We ended up paying for LYFT. We arrived early asked to have luggage checked in since there were no rooms or we would be charged extra. When we came back to hotel it took time to check in. I felt that certain customers were being treated differently from others. One employee asked for my name told me to have a seat in bar area. They were giving certain free alcoholic drinks and that employee told her we were not and to stop after me. They gave hot chocolate cookies 1 per customer. As I was sitting there others arrived they didn't put them on list they just walked up and got a room. I seen that happening and they gave me a room. The room maintance was tub had cracked plastic and roof had marks on it from possible leak. The employees taking and picking up from airport wer rude and told us to call for pick up but phone lines were not working and they couldn't check me in. The television in room didn't work either. Will I stay there again NO.

Outdoor pool is amazing, clean rooms staff was on point
-
All was good. The hotel has been around for a good number of years, but it still is a pleasant place to stay.
-
The pool area was nice, but the chairs had wear. The rooms were clean, but very tight. Bed was comfortable.
-
Clean room ,staff food all great

I arrived late around 3:00 am. The front desk got me to my room quickly. Check out wasn’t until noon, so I didn’t worry about an alarm. I had an omelette at the restaurant. Overall, a great place to rest before I headed home from BWI.

Problem with air conditioning in one of two rooms cooling. Requested service but no one ever showed up to look at problem so spent night in warm room.
-
The hotel is run down. A lap dog barked for hours. The satellite service went down. Would not return.
-
Clean and convenient. Beds were a bit too soft.

The kind staff moved me to another room in A tower. The air was much better, the plugs worked, but the AC was again very loud. The bathtub had random dirty brown water. I had to run the bath a few times to get clean water. It was, though, better than the first I was given. Other pros: TV system is better than most hotels, and the food at dinner downstairs is excellent. Staff were all very nice and helpful.
-
The AC was very loud and couldn't be turned down. The shower didn't drain and the handle was loose.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. What I did like, and what really stood out for me was the front desk receptionist, and the manager. They were very helpful, very attentive and responsive to any request I made, any question I had, and they were very friendly. Therefore, I have no complaints about Doubletree Hotel, and I would definitely stay there in the future.
