All was good. The hotel has been around for a good number of years, but it still is a pleasant place to stay.
-
The pool area was nice, but the chairs had wear. The rooms were clean, but very tight. Bed was comfortable.
-
Clean room ,staff food all great

I arrived late around 3:00 am. The front desk got me to my room quickly. Check out wasn’t until noon, so I didn’t worry about an alarm. I had an omelette at the restaurant. Overall, a great place to rest before I headed home from BWI.

Problem with air conditioning in one of two rooms cooling. Requested service but no one ever showed up to look at problem so spent night in warm room.
-
The hotel is run down. A lap dog barked for hours. The satellite service went down. Would not return.
-
Clean and convenient. Beds were a bit too soft.

The kind staff moved me to another room in A tower. The air was much better, the plugs worked, but the AC was again very loud. The bathtub had random dirty brown water. I had to run the bath a few times to get clean water. It was, though, better than the first I was given. Other pros: TV system is better than most hotels, and the food at dinner downstairs is excellent. Staff were all very nice and helpful.
-
The AC was very loud and couldn't be turned down. The shower didn't drain and the handle was loose.
-
There wasn't anything I didn't like. What I did like, and what really stood out for me was the front desk receptionist, and the manager. They were very helpful, very attentive and responsive to any request I made, any question I had, and they were very friendly. Therefore, I have no complaints about Doubletree Hotel, and I would definitely stay there in the future.

Convenient Room was stuffy due to humidity-could not open window.
-
No housekeeping three days….didnt much care except it was a hassle to get coffee pods refill since no one ever came in my room. Unimpressed overall, except for location and comfort of bedding. $18 buffet is the same you get free at Marriott with the exception of juice ( xtra here).
-
Parking was inadequate. All spaces were full when I returned Friday night. I parked near a curb on the driveway. Staff was very nice. The Doubletree cookie is always a welcomed amenity. Room layout was uncomfortable. The AC was directly next to the desk, so I had to turn off the AC when I was on my laptop, because the airflow in my face and directly on my body was too cold and irritating.

The property is located in a very convenient location with quick and easy access to get you where you need to go. It’s very close to the airport, therefore late arrival or early departure are no problem especially with the free 24-hour shuttle service. It has avery nice outdoor pool with plenty of poolside seating. It has an onsite bar and restaurant for dining. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. The furniture in the room was dated and in need of upgrades. The toilet ran intermittently and the AC unit was louder than expected. The fitness room didn’t have wet wipes to wipe down the equipment before and after use. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but a little more TLC would make it a top notch experience.

The front desk staff was amazing.

The staff was so friendly and nice. Felt like family
-
I had a great time not going to lie. I really like the atmosphere of the hotel, I met other guests at the bar and it was nice just hanging around the property so comfortably.
-
Property was dated but no issues. Goodnight sleep after Orioles game.
-
Had to leave before breakfast this time, but in previous stays, the breakfast was good and fresh. Bed comfortable with plenty of plushy pillows. Clean bathroom. Restaurant and bar closed when I arrived.

Great experience.
