The bed Fridge and the stove were broken

I stayed here again after being treated very nicely the first time after a bed bug bit me and management took great care of me. However, this stay was not nearly as nice and I wasn't bitten by a bed bug. Instead, the fire alarm went off one night and we had to evacuate the bldg, cops called out another night, next day the management felt compelled to do a bldg wide room check and demanded entrance of your room no matter what you were doing, water shut off for a few hours on another day. I should've been refunded then compensated to stay my troubles.

Air conditioning would not cool. The night manager came in and looked at it and could not make it work. It was stuck on seventy six degrees F. Room telephone was inoperable. I had to look up the number and use my cellphone. The bed was comfortable.

Great hotel in Baltimore — very clean, well maintained, friendly staff, and a great price. Everyone can afford it. I booked it for my son and loved it.

The hotel would have been fine -- the rooms was sizeable and has decent amenities. However, the fire alarm malfunctioned at 1 in the morning and everyone had to evacuate until the fire department could turn the alarm off. Not a cool experience at all.

I loved the property & the quietness. I would definitely stay here again. My only problems were the staff for one, weren’t friendly at all. The big bald one who works overnight literally didn’t even greet me & when asking for my ID, just said “ID” like he was annoyed I was checking in.

The room was dirty, was there 6 days and no one came to clean my room once, no iron for clothes, bathroom was dirty, and the sheets were dirty. When engaging with the staff they were friendly, but that’s expected too so I would rate that as average.
