Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport

Breakfast is not what it was expected to be. I have been to other Embassy suites and they have been far far better than this location. The breakfast is really poor quality, and it is literally all over the place. The rooms were falling apart, ceilings crumbling and peeling, and toilets leaking.

The pool was closed the night we were there due to some kind of accident the day before. There was a storm the night we stayed which caused a roof leak in the dining area and in the men’s lobby bathroom. Had we stayed a different night, the pool would have been open and no roof leaks, in that case the rating would have been perfect.

The staff was excellent! *Parking in the hotel property is not free! $16 per day is a rip-off! Park outside on the street, it is free and safe Do not buy any goodies (snacks/water) at the property, go to Walmart and save some $$$

The omelette station needs more help, when you know the amount of people you have on your property.

First hotel I've stayed at where they asked for your room number and name for the free breakfast. Came back one night and there was trash around entrance and our hallway had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice, the 5:30pm meeting area and the breakfast was really good.

Separate rooms, breakfast Grumpy bartender, rooms need refresh, no onsite restaurant that could be found despite information otherwise stating open from 5-10 pm

For the most part, the property was clean and easy check-in and was able to get in earlier than the check-in time. The only problem was that the bathtub was clogged and if they cleaned it, they would have known, so they just closed it with the topper and it was dosgusting when trying to take a shower because it would fill up.

Everything there was amazing and awesome by far one of my favorite hotels in Baltimore. Close access to the airport.

The rooms were above average clean and the amenities were substantial. The night time bar was a pleasure.., especially the service person. We would surely stay there again.

The conference room AC worked inconsistently, but they did resolve it. The Parking lot is a pain with the QR codes. The breakfast is fantastic!!

No room cleaning everyday which is strange Less of diversity in food, very strict and early breakfast timing which can’t be catered to people who are on vacation moreover same platform was used for all cooking materials mixing veg and non veg food or people with certain restrictions

Lobby seating shares sofas were stained. Breakfast area need attendants to keep the counters clean. No Fritos granola for yogurt. No oatmeal. Desk clerks were very nice. My room was clean but they didn’t have complimentary water in the room. I had to ask the desk clerk for the complimentary water.
