Family enjoyed the stay, Nice place, some cosmetic issues but they had people there working on site to fix these things. Nice room, nice pool, nice staff. Would stay again.

Good overall

It was great. The inside of the hotel is beautiful. Was a little sketchy outside but I think it was just a lot of people who were staying at the hotel out and about.

THE ROOM WAS FALLING APART. AC DIDNT WORK, TOILET RAN ALL DAY AND NIGHT. FIXTURES FALLING OFF THE WALL, LEFT OVER CRUMBS ON THE FLOOR AND AN AROMA OF WEED .

Sofa beds were a lil soiled Ac vent was noisy but I still love coming to embassy suites with the family it’s just this one was a tad bit ghetto

The room was clean. The body wash was completely empty so I went to the front desk to ask and they said they don't have any and handed me a bar of hand soap. The shower head was barely putting any water out of it and would only go to burning hot water no matter what I did. The elevator kept moving even though the door opened every single time I was on it. The breakfast was good.

The staff were amazing. However, the hotel is not very clean. The front desk had containers collecting water leaking from the ceiling. One part was even closed off due to the damage. When I was checking in water started dripping on me as well. This was disgusting, have no clue what kind of water it was. The rooms were not very clean either. This hotel needs a do over. I will never stay here again.

The lobby area is updated and lovely . The room ,however , was dark and carpet wet from something . Maybe a spilled glass of fluid, maybe pet something .

Always our first choice when we are in the Glen Burnie area. Excellent as always Parking Fee was new. I think $10 a day would be fair.

The room was very clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was okay and the bar was good. I would suggest getting the blueberry martini!

We stayed at this property 7 months ago and again this weekend. In 7 months time we’ve noticed a decline. It’s clean for the most part but it’s worn out. The sofas in the room definitely need cleaning and the closet was difficult to use. The space was wonky and door difficult to move. The breakfast this time was cold and a little lackluster. The juice was watered down, eggs were cold and the toaster wasn’t toasting. They’ve added a host at the breakfast buffet that requires check-in for breakfast. They’ve also added gates to the parking lot and now charge for parking. For the price we paid, I expected better.

My room reeked horribly of pot when we arrived there. My 14 year old son was blown back from the door when we first arrived. Also, the treatment of honors members is nit what it used to be. When I was leaving, after spending hundreds of dollars over the multiple days we spent there, my son was suffering in the hundred degree weather. He was playing lacrosse in the extreme heat and I asked if I could please have a cold bottle of water for the child. I was told no that they could not give me a 12 cent bottle of water. Just for reference Marriott treats its honors members much better and asks you if you'd actually like bottles of water when you're going in and out past the front desk. I guess Hilton's budgetary status is much tighter when you can't spare a bottle of water in extreme heat for a child. Hope saving 12 cents helps.
