Rooms smelled a little musty and the air conditioning didn’t keep the temp. Slight upgrades would make this great. We’ve stayed a few times and like the overall vibe and you can’t beat the price.
-
It was clean enough, but could use some updates.
-
Room was excellent size, hotel was very clean, breakfast had plenty of options!

Good coffee. just an OK Breakfast. Pool area NOT over chlorinated where your eyes burn just from ebtry into area. Rooms good sized. Decent shower.

Lovely place

Te employees had no control over the guest they were up all hours of the night screaming and partying. Our toilet broke and it took an hour for them to get it fixed in the middle of the night they never cleaned our room when I asked or brought an extra blanket everyone was friendly just need a better person running it. We left early because we didn’t want to stay anymore

It was a peaceful stay with helpful staff.

Buffet style breakfast was good. Not bad for one night. Big TVs which was nice. Many places to eat within walking distance. Overall a good experience. Needs some updates all around the property but for a quick trip definitely worth the price. The areas surrounding the hotel and parking lot have some suspicious characters. Keep doors locked in car.
-
Black mold found in many places, water damaged ceiling, given the wrong bed 2 times, ceiling tiles in disarray, floors felt very uneven in some places, elevators extremely slow, people doing drugs outside leaving odors in hallway. Good water pressure in the shower though, that’s good at least.

Nice place to stay.
-
The room was old, stains everywhere, dirty tub No towels No towels in gym or the pool so we were wet with no way to dry. Associate was rude. Not one option besides pineapple and apple for vegan. Pool murky, elevator wet, hotel extremely dated. Go to Hyatt place instead
-
I checked in on a Monday and checked out Friday. The room was never cleaned during the entire stay, linens were never refreshed, coffee was not replenished, couch was very uncomfortable. Repeated calls to front desk were ignored although they assured us things would be corrected. I will never stay here again.

Freezing cold pool. Very small pool. Room was small.
-
Negative…i just wanted to get to the room and shower…there was hair in the tub and I’m not talking a strand of hair. I called down to management and she was very nonchalant and stated that she’d see if housekeeping was available to clean. I went downstairs to show her the video I captured and speak to her about my concerns about the lack of cleanliness, she declined to see me stating she was on a call with another guest. I wanted her to see that I was not exaggerating about the hair. And how it was in the tub, on the tub and around the floor of the tub. In addition the tub was wet. Brandon came back out and asked if it was okay to change my room and at that point I was tired and I agreed. Also both rooms had a “old” smell like the carpet had been damp. I use Marriott all the time and this was truly disappointing.

Pool was unusable, very small and freezing cold

Reached out to get a credit or refund a month before my reservation and never heard back. Wasted the money because I couldn't stay.
