Just a late check in and early check out due to a flight. Price was reasonable. Best part was free shuttle in morning and pick up from rental car

room was clean, everything is dated but everything works. slept well had breakfast which was sufficient. and got a shuttle to the Airport.

Aan explosive, loud noise occurred every morning around 3:30 AM, waking up the building. As a business traveler, the inability to get a full night's sleep ruined the functionality of my stay.

The bed was vey comfortable. I enjoyed having an easy entrance and exit near my parking spot so I didn't have to walk the length of the parking lot. Lots of good eating places in the vicinity.

I stayed here because I had flight delays and was stranded for the night. I think sleeping in the terminal would have been better than this! I found trash all over my room and the shower was so filthy it wasn’t even worth trying to use.

Amazing

Conveniently located a few minutes from the airport and major freeways. Breakfast was very good and may be the best part of our stay. The hotel is dated and I can sense its older environment. My room was clean and beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the first floor smells of cigarettes, especially late at night.

The staff was great but the thing that I didn’t like was, there was no place on the premises to break bills . There was an ATM but if you wanted to tip someone for their services and you didn’t already have small bills you could customize your tips.

Great place to stay

This was absolutely the worst experience at a hotel we have ever had. We videoed the entire encounter. It’s pretty sad this day and age we were treated the way we were. At 12 midnight I had to find another hotel and Uber to another location. My parents are 70 years old and were treated like scum. Social media will see how this host was and hopefully the company does the right thing and terminates her employment. Do not book here unless you want to be treated like trash.

Breakfast was really bad food. Had better food overseas in the military in the 80’s. At least the bed was comfortable and clean.

Room had a pungent odd smell like something was on the hvac unit.

Booked 2 rooms. One was clean and one was a miss. Hair in the bathroom. Floor was dirty, like socks turned black quickly. Breakfast was unimpressive, but manageable. The real issue there was honestly the instant coffee, especially given property advertised otherwise. Also, a bug just walked out a vent. Parking was absolutely atrocious. Literally no where to park. Would end up just circling/stalking the building for at least 10mins or longer until someone left. Never had an issue at this chain, but definitely won’t be staying at this location again.

24 hour shuttle was down at night, had to pay taxi there and back as shuttle was up in am but full. Staff was rude. Room was dirty, phone didn’t work.

We have stayed at the hotel before on a few occasions. The room was not as clean and the walls need some repair. There was also a confrontation between a guest and the front desk staff. The staff member needs better training on how to to de-escalate an incident rather than screaming match that occurred.

The beds were comfortable. The carpets throughout need deep cleaning or replacement. Peeling paint and holes in bathroom wall, door to the room didn't fit right, meaning light coming in from the bottom and the side and room keys that didn't work half the time. Breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, half cooked turkey bacon, bagels, instant coffee. Air conditioner had to be set extremely low to cool the room. This hotel was nothing like the picture that was depicted on the booking site and it has to be a franchise of Wyndham and not a corporate location, only saving grace is it's 5 minutes from the airport, now for the most part it was OK if you just need a place to sleep and shower and free parking and some of the staff were helpful. I would not stay at this location again, please understand this is just my opinion, although I met a lady who was supposed to stay a week and left after 1 night so that should speak volumes.

The WiFi was non existent. Definitely recommend.
