The front desk receptionist was awesome

Breakfast was fine & the staff were awesome.

I will not stay there again dirty, and bug infested.

In fairness the room was clean. But when I complained about the toilet, it took about 30 minutes to fix it. The breakfast was not good. The coffee was instant Coffee, the sausages and hash brown was hard. It tasted like frozen and heated in the microwave. For sure, im not going back.

Lobby is nice. Room was outdated and felt a bit dirty.

Very dated with shoddy repairs done. Found a cockroach nymph in my room on the nightstand. Staff could not have cared, just collecting a paycheck.

Pick somewhere else to stay even if you just need a quick place to get to the airport in the morning. We were stuck due to a cancelled flight and needed a hotel late night and this place was awful. The room was damp and smelled horrible like mold and mildew but we had no option to change rooms or go anywhere else because the hotel was booked because of weather related flight cancellations.

Breakfast could be improved. No "real" coffee, rather instant coffee. Further, something was amiss about the waffle batter.

The bed and pillows is not good

Bathrm had hair in the shower and a huge bug. Not esp clean. Wouldn't stay again. Front desk not helpful. Asked to check in at 2 since my arrival was early. She said no. Missed breakfast. But staff offered me a banana. Handicap parking available on side of entrance, but accessing the walkway into hotel is not easy. It's curved and angled and not safe for those who struggle with balance, inclines, etc. Not customer friendly at all.

Good experience overall. I only stayed 1 night but nice and clean rooms. Ice and vending machines worked.

Location. First of all I dont understand what happened when I used your GPS directions and didnt manually put it on my GPS. It brought me to a vacant lot about 5-7minutes away from the Real location. Second the firealarm rang to early in the morning but when we obviously went out, we seeing staffs in the hallway like nothings happening, not even telling is us anything, that delays us outside waiting if are we good to go back to pick up our belongings. Until I decided myself seems like it's a false alarm so I went back inside to take our belongings, ending for us not able to get ready for the day. Not even washing our faces. And just leaved the premises.

It was quiet My room is dirty. I never stuff that was broken in the room. The microwave was broke didn’t work.

A very convenient location and good price for staying before or after a flight out of Baltimore Washington Airport. Very clean, but the overall appearance was dated or older. They may be in the midst of redecorating. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was very clean. An excellent place to leave my car. They were very prompt picking us up with the shuttle when we called them... less than 15 mintues!

I would recommend anyone coming to Baltimore to stay here is very close to the airport and they do have transportation service to and from the airport and the rental car agency

Do not attempt to contact the hotel to reserve airport parking before your stay. You'll be told that you have a reservation and can pay at the hotel, then the front desk will tell you that they only accept parking reservations from Stay Park and Fly. They didn't have any parking, so we had to book through another hotel and paid full fare since we didn't stay there.

TERRIBLE Customer service!! No respect for paying customers. Not hospitable at all! I do not recommend booking with this hotel at all. Most hotels work with you if your plans were unexpectedly changed and this place does not at all!

Clean Smoke smell
