Wingate by Wyndham Baltimore BWI Airport

I liked that the room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh. Customer service was AMAZING.

It was well-located It was pretty rough/worn for a Wingate. There were ants in our room—a bunch of little ants in the bedside table. That just makes you feel creepy. I informed the desk who said they’ll call an exterminator.

Location isn’t too bad. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was included. Rooms were clean.

Worst airport shuttle ever. We waited over an hour for pickup while we watched every other hotel pick up 3-4 times. The hotel was 1.9 miles from the airport. When they finally arrived after 3 phone calls they said “it’s complimentary” like….somehow “we” were the problem for having such expectations that they would come get us like their hotel states it would.

Good for the price and friendly staff, but I couldn't get a real pillow, I only had throw pillows which feels like a hotels ridiculous problem to have also worst WIFI in any hotel I've ever stayed I had to run all devices off my phone, other than that it would have been an excellent stay. No pillows and terrible WIFI.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this is one that I would not book again. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facility was below average. The room had a musty smell to it.At breakfast, they had no coffee other than instant. The ice machine on my floor was broken.

They were kind and my room was clean The elevators wasn’t working and there were issues in the bathroom. The internet wasn’t working

The location is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service is available to the airport, train station and even the rental car facility. The breakfast was limited and the breakfast area was not good. Lots of the seats are stained and look unclean.

Our room while beaten up was pretty clean. There are a lot of transients, long term stay, homeless residents. This should not be on booking as overnight accommodations. At 3 AM several women were in the hallway screaming, having some sort of verbal altercation. We paid to sleep here, literally that’s it. Not for amenities or all Allentown has to offer. To sleep. And we didn’t sleep.
