Decent stay. Staff member didn’t offer or ask if parking pass was needed, even though they are known to tow. She could have been better (dark hair with red/blonde highlights—Indian/Spanish)

Room was very clean. We were given a deluxe room for the price of a regular room—more space was nice. Especially impressed with the shuttle service to BWI. We were given wrong info (from a different shuttle, it turned out) about pick-up location and hotel called us back when driver did not find us at correct stop. We offered to move but he circled around and got us where we were. Returning to airport was well-organized and easy, with departure times as early as 3 a.m. Restaurant on site was excellent—not junk food but real entrees, well-prepared. I’ll definitely stay here again next trip to MD
