Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport

We were only there for a quick overnight so we didn’t use the bar or restaurant but staff was great and room pristine

Friendly staff, clean and close to airport - appreciated the free shuttle bus

great property and enjoyable stay! actually at the front desk if you’re lucky enough to get LORD… he is beyond stellar, impeccable customer service and very attentive!!!! thank you, thank you. you would be an absolute reason for me to stay on the future. as i am certain all the staff is more than likely of this caliber ☺️

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The dining service was terrible. It was difficult to order food….. long waits on the phone. Every person does not have access to a cell phone so a QR code does not help one to use a menu or order food. The Baby Boomers still need a paper menu. Finding food became a chore. Why are there no microwaves ?? Lois M. McMillan

The room needs to have a mini fridge. Also, price a free breakfast in the room cost.

Wrote a previous review and I forgot to mention they need to update their bathroom as well. There is no grip in the tub and my husband slipped and fell out of the tub that’s is too low and he’s only 35, so it wasn’t due to old age.

The hotel was clean and the room temperature was great.

Upon checking in the staff was professional polite, courteous and warm. She listened intently and was helpful. My mother was not able to come down for breakfast and she accommodated me where I could take her breakfast to the room. Housekeeping was good as well. The breakfast was good each morning. Lunch, dinner all were good at the hotel. A bit on the pricey side. Shuttle service provided was very good. One driver serenaded my sister the birthday song for her. She loved it!( Melvin) the event that we attended at the hotel was very nice. I liked the balloon decor- red,black, silver. We attended our 60th church anniversary and it was really nice. The staff there at the hotel were very polite. The only thing that was not so good was the smell of mildew once you got off the elevator on the third floor. The hallway carpet was soaking wet in front of room 325. There appeared to be white residue along the border of the wall. In my mom’s room a man who had been in the room previously , left his shirt. Also the safe was locked . We couldn’t use it. I reported that someone left a blue shirt I. The room- that housekeeping did not take the shirt. During our last two days there power went out and we could not use the WiFi or the atm machine. When we checked out there were no issues. We would come again but on a different floor.

Good service provided by the reception staff.

I was disappointed there were no towels at the pool. Then we got 2 bath towels even though we made a reservation for 4 people. The phone did not work so I had to leave my freezing daughter alone in the room to go down and request towels and they never came.

Just about everything went wrong. From a problem with the reservation to a toilet that did not flush and an initial room assignment for a room that had not been cleaned.

I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.

Comfortable beds and wonderful showers. We always eat in the restaurant great food & reasonably priced! Shuttle bus leaves every 30 mins to the BWI airport Great hotel to stay when catching a flight the next morning!

The property was beautiful and conveniently located near the airport. The room was spacious and clean.
