Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport

Upon checking in the staff was professional polite, courteous and warm. She listened intently and was helpful. My mother was not able to come down for breakfast and she accommodated me where I could take her breakfast to the room. Housekeeping was good as well. The breakfast was good each morning. Lunch, dinner all were good at the hotel. A bit on the pricey side. Shuttle service provided was very good. One driver serenaded my sister the birthday song for her. She loved it!( Melvin) the event that we attended at the hotel was very nice. I liked the balloon decor- red,black, silver. We attended our 60th church anniversary and it was really nice. The staff there at the hotel were very polite. The only thing that was not so good was the smell of mildew once you got off the elevator on the third floor. The hallway carpet was soaking wet in front of room 325. There appeared to be white residue along the border of the wall. In my mom’s room a man who had been in the room previously , left his shirt. Also the safe was locked . We couldn’t use it. I reported that someone left a blue shirt I. The room- that housekeeping did not take the shirt. During our last two days there power went out and we could not use the WiFi or the atm machine. When we checked out there were no issues. We would come again but on a different floor.

I was disappointed there were no towels at the pool. Then we got 2 bath towels even though we made a reservation for 4 people. The phone did not work so I had to leave my freezing daughter alone in the room to go down and request towels and they never came.

Room was not clean for 3 days

The waiter/bartender Paul was great. The rooms are so old and dated. The white bedcovers had spots all over them. The pool area was filthy. Trash on the inside of the pool area and candy etc. all over outside along with cigarette butts. It was worse than staying at a Motel 6.

Just about everything went wrong. From a problem with the reservation to a toilet that did not flush and an initial room assignment for a room that had not been cleaned.

I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.

Comfortable beds and wonderful showers. We always eat in the restaurant great food & reasonably priced! Shuttle bus leaves every 30 mins to the BWI airport Great hotel to stay when catching a flight the next morning!

The property was beautiful and conveniently located near the airport. The room was spacious and clean.

We stayed over Father’s Day weekend. It was alot of people to the point on Saturday night we didn’t have parking. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking when checking in. Which was an additional $17/day. The breakfast staff were amazing very friendly & welcoming. We loved going to the pool but it’s no lifeguard on duty so be careful sending your children to the pool without you. No microwave in the room we stayed in so had to go to the lobby to warm food. The room was clean so that’s a plus. Overall, I would give it 3/5 stars.

The food was good the property was decent. The bed was broken. The mattress (a tempurpedic or something similar) had a huge hole in it. We were inly there to sleep and I couldn't because I was sleeping in a hole. We would stay agin but make sure next time the bed doesn't have a hole in it

Facility was clean Staff was courteous, but we were part of a wedding party, My boyfriend was the best man and the staff wouldn't give us a gift bag because we booked through booking.com

Very convenient location to travel out of BWI

The hotel is OK and it was a good price, although we generally think that the Hampton Inn within the Hilton chain to be a little better. We liked the fitness center. We liked the bathroom lighting and layout. The staff were proficient and professional, but not particularly friendly or overly helpful. In particular, We tried to extend our stay in the middle of night, upon learning that our morning flight had been canceled, the person who answered the phone was not particularly friendly, in letting us know that we would have to go down to the lobby in the morning after they opened. In some, we think it was a B rating,

Lourd was the night guest services associate. He was very kind, professional and took care of all of us guest who arrived late due to flight delays. Outside of the issues we had the stay was fair. The overall breakfast wasn't great. The omelette station was disgusting and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. The staff in the breakfast was quite rude and talked amongst themselves instead of serving the guest. The phone in our room didn't work and housekeeping "accidentally" gave us one dirty towel when our room was turned over.
