Aloft by Marriott BWI Baltimore Washington International Airport

I didn’t have the best experience I wrote an email to Gov Wes Moore regarding them not having ADA accommodations regarding the hotels airport shuttle.

Friendly, helpful staff. Property was just a little bit shabby and the AC unit was was noisy in our room

I didn’t book this reservation. Expedia let another person use my account for the reservation. And Expedia refuses to remove the trip from my account. Zero stars.

Clean and comfortable for an airport hotel. Bartender was great!

The staff was great, the room was not the cleanest. There are better options.

This place is well maintained - and always udner construction. Sorry the water is off. sorry they are using equipment at 8A, on and on. I like the location but the stay is usually problematic, I give second and third chances but ther are other options around.

We arrive to the hotel just in time for check-in. The hotel is clean. It presents really well. I was there years ago and they’ve maintained it perfectly. The only thing I will say is that they keep air freshener throughout the hotel in the hallways and the elevators and it is very strong so if you have any kind of asthma, any kind of breathing issues, you may want to consider that .

I booked A king bedroom over a week in advance. When i got There the day of check in the front desk told me they were sold out of king bed rooms and put me in a double queen instead

THE OWNERS OF ALOFT HOTEL NEED TO UPDATE ROOM 512 ASAP OR PUT IT OUT OF ORDER UNTIL IT CAN BE UPDATED EVEN THOUGH YOU NEED 100% OCCUPANCY AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THE ELEVATOR HAD A ODF ODOR THERE NEEDS TO BE A Refresher FOR THE ELEVATOR 24/7... I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF I HAD A BETTER ROOM.

The management never responded to my concerns and complaints!!!! I would NEVER recommend this location for a stay!!! It's dated, not well kept, and the management is a JOKE! Imagine trying to speak to someone at the front desk and they are on their phone having a conversation on speakerphone! What a shame to customer experience, and pure lack of professionalism
