The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport - BWI

One elevator not working and one of the ladies restrooms not working on the service floor where we were having our event.

Goof

Rooms are nice, but look older. No pool sadly, but the staff was amazing.

Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, beds were very comfortable

Excellent as always. Thank you for everything

While the room was perfectly clean, huge star for the cleaning staff, we were a little surprised there was no microwave. It's an added plus but not necessary. Staff, from the check-in to the staff in the restaurant, were the best. Even though we were close to the airport we could not hear any planes flying overhead and it was wonderfully quiet! Would stay there again!

Happy with staff. Just no complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste.

The hotel is fine. It's a nice Westin. The disappointment was that there was apparently a charge for parking in the big open parking lot, which would not have been a big deal if only I had been informed about it at any point. The front desk didn't mention it; the check-in paperwork didn't mention it; there was no gate or sign (that I saw) or other indication that we were parking in a controlled, paid lot. The only indication was a notification I received in the mail from "Towne Park" with a demand for $75. Park" with a picture of my car and license plate along with a demand for $75, which included $18 for the actual parking plus penalties. I don't know if the sign was the size of a postage stamp, but I certainly never saw it and I would have expected the staff to warn me when I checked in if there was such a penalty for not seeing the sign and for parking in what looked like a basic, open lot for customers.

Staff is extremely helpful. It is a big property with not so much. They do charge for parking $18 per day.

Fue una excelente experiencia y personal que hablaba inglés y español. Volvería de nuevo.

Very clean and the restaurant food is excellent Quiet and cleanliness

Booked for the BTS concert. Was very pleased. Loved that there is a restaurant on the property and snack bar

The front desk was very slow. Key cards would quit working.

Worst rental company in rental business! They dont know how to run the business and notify their clients! They made us wait for hours and then rejected to give us the car! I would never do business with them again

very very well kept property! Comfy bedding as well.

No swimming pool even though its still listed.

Besides the elevator and the ice machine being broken everything else was fine
