The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport - BWI

This is out favorite dependable hotel giventm the issues of many midprice hotels of house parties, rooms given out fot social services, etc.; this works for us. Rooms are clean and spacious, they have a refrigerator, I wish they had a microwave, but I know that’s not common in this type of hotel. We’ve never used the breakfast or the dining room. It’s a little tedious finding it in the airport, business district, and we usually aren’t flying in when we stay there, also, our rooms came with free parking, but they also rent out the parking spaces, so you have to hunt for a space that maybe some distance from the building. You also have to register your car tag, otherwise you could have a problem, and this is because of their renting out of spaces. All in All, a good choice.

Excellent room, clean and quiet with a very good climate control. Quiet floor and surroundings. Very comfortable bed.

Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Staff were very cordial and welcoming.

It was nothing I’ve did like the staff was excellent. This day was excellent actually hold up. I did not like the pillows. They seem flat, but that was it.

I will NEVER stay at any other hotel while visiting Baltimore. The Westin gets a 10 out of 10 from both me and my hubby. Super clean from the front desk to the room. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have EVER had, we were in awe. There was an event going on the weekend we were there so parking kinda sucked, but, after that it was all good. The bed was so super comfy, it was hard getting out of bed. I am literally in love with the Westin. Thank you!

Given dirty towels 2 days of my 3 day Memorial Day weekend. Have photos. Shower flooded the bathroom daily. Handicapped bench 2 long and 2 wide for the handicapped shower. That aided the flooding. So did the short shower curtain. Would find another hotel in this area!!

Great service

The room was clean, shower was a little iffy. I couldn’t tell if it was stains or the paint. First two nights we either had scolding hot shower water or freezing cold. The first night the water was also brown so we had to run it for awhile before it cleared. We called about the brown water first and they said they would send someone but never did. When we called the second day about the water temp, they did the same thing. The only thing the receptionist did for me when I first got in was comp my parking for the short delay of his computer. Everything else we needed assistance with was disregarded. The sheets were clean tho, that’s the most important. And the rooms had nice blackout curtains. Good price for the stay, and the water temp fixed itself on the last night.
