Hampton Inn Baltimore/Glen Burnie

My room was great, but the front staff was extremely rude, dismissive and just absolutely unprofessional. I’ve been frequenting this hotel for years for various reasons, and this was the first time I have ever experienced such terrible service.

There was mold all over the ceiling in the first room they put me in. The receptionist was very understanding when I came back down to ask for a new room. The new room didn't have mold on the ceiling but did have water damage on walls and underneath the AC unit. I take mold seriously as it's dangerous for your health... I won't be staying here again. It needs some upgrades and mold testing...

The room was clean but dated and needed repairs. Breakfast was ok.

Terrible customer service. Certainly gone downhill since I used to stay here a couple of years ago... shame, as I had just come from 2 other Hampton Inn residences and they were so much better. Breakfast was the usual Hotel fare but good enough you didnt need to walk to the nearby restaurants (which are close).

Property was a bit tired. Breakfasts at Hampton used to be really good, but have declined over time. Beds were comfortable, but pillows could be improved.

the room smelled like cigarettes and mold; there were bugs in the room when we arrived; there was mold on the pillows, walls, lamps, and chair; there was blood on the pillow; and i woke up to bugs on my pillow two nights in a row. i left with very itchy bug bites on my hand and elbow that have gotten worse. chatted with the front desk about this who told me to call to talk to the manager, then was on hold with the manager for 20+ minutes and couldn’t wait any longer

good hotel to stay in for short stay. hallways kind of smelled funky, but room was fine. staff was very nice

Did not have extra pillows available, no hand soap in bathroom, my feet were dirty after walking around on carpet in our room, the mattress was so stiff that both my husband and I had aches and pains so bad. 2 nights spent in this room was not at all what we had expected from a Hilton property. We were very disappointed with our stay.
