We had a good stay. The bathroom could have been cleaned better but, I clean myself once I get there so it was all good, The location was excellent for what we came to Baltimore for. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Quiet good pillows free breakfast great location for airport

A/c would not stay at set temps, key cards were deactivated daily when reservation was setup for 3 days. The initial room was incorrect, reserved a king bed with a pull out bed received a queen bed with no pull out couch. Got switched to a 2x queen bed. The last night I was there the AC was not working at all and my room was consistently over 77 degrees. I would not recommend this as a stay.

This property is not only not up today date but it has roaches. The only thing that’s halfway decent is the lobby. Everything is outdated and it has a weird smell. The hotel is extremely creepy. When I advised the front desk worker that I have found roaches in my room, she didn’t even acknowledge what I said to her. She simply said she was just gonna put me in a different room. She didn’t want to see the video nor does she want to see the picture. She was completely un empathetic and the way that they were trying to handle me was super unprofessional. They need to close this location.

Great place to stay.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to get the food and make us feel comfortable. The hotel is kept clean and organized. However, we had to cut our trip short because we found the bed uncomfortable and woke up with severe body pains. Also, it would be nice to have a vending machine. There is a sign on the floor showing vending and ice but we found the ice maker only.

Great service. Air conditioning fantastic

My room had one of those doors to the room next door (to permit larger families to have adjoining rooms). Down side: i could hear every cough, sneeze, and spoken word from the other room. The television was essentially non-functional. Every channel was met with a message indicating it could not be watched. By no means worth the price at half the cost.

The room was clean, but the bathroom door was filthy. I know that sounds odd, but it was. The staff at check in acted like I bothered her when I had to call out, after going to an empty front desk twice. She didn’t tell me where to park or how to get to my room. I guess she was busy with other duties. I was not there long - didn’t look at much of the rest of the property, didn’t eat the breakfast in the am.

We stayed one night for a lacrosse tournament and a trip to Rockville. The room was clean and everything worked well. There isn’t a gym on the property, but there is free use of a Gold’s Gym .6 miles alway from the hotel. This is one of the nicest gyms I have ever been at! The breakfast food was good with eggs, sausage links, potatoes oranges and apples, amongst other common foods. It was a very pleasant stay! Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful! :)
