Clean room

The lobby was cleaned. However when I went to my room is was not clean. There was yellow stuff on the walls and there was a smell in the room. I decided not to stay there and returned the keys to the front lobby. The clerk said it was not a problem with me returning the keys. However they did not refund my money

Everything was good except had no pillows or blanket for pullout. Mgr at service desk in morning said you had to ask for them but too late. Also, need tub mat for slipping in tub. Told him that also. Breakfast was just okay, coffee good though. Didn’t get to use pool but looked nice.

Breakfast, pool, staff was nice. Room was clean, but the ice machine on my floor didn't work. There is an amazing Indian restaurant attached and WOW amazing, the drinks were made perfectly, the food, was so delicious I wish they would do room service, lol

Nice pool! Some building going on around the hotel but we didn’t hear anything. Could use some different fruit at breakfast, oranges are tough to peel.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The breadfast was good as well.

Nice and convenient for our visit
-
The website advertised that it is an indoor pool but yet it's a outdoor pool so we could not use the pool I was very upset about that and also when you come inside of the hotel it has a very bad smell they need to clean the carpets in the hotel on all the floors it smells pretty bad but the room itself was pretty okay I didn't like the fact that the beds that they have was only full size beds and not queen size beds

The facility was okay. Nothing outstanding. Check in staff was very nice and procedure was well organized. Breakfasts were minimal. On Sunday at 9:00 there were no eggs, meat, creamer for coffee and very few other items. Three donuts, small containers of oranges. No fresh fruit. Pool was ok, closing at 8:00 seemed a bit early for those who put in a long day and wanted to relax and unwind. THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN RESERVING A ROOM: Elevators were extremely slow. It is not easy to get into the hotel parking lot from route one .. not something that is fixable, but it was a bit of a challenge when we were coming in and out frequently. The Dunkin Donuts which is listed as in front of the property is closed, as was the Hooters restaurant. there is a McDonald's on the other side of the divided highway (route 202) which means you must go a good distance to get across to this fast food.

Overpriced for the quality. Breakfast was terrible and ran out.. had no forks. Pool is only open until 8.

Beautiful Hotel room. The two bedrooms with 2 bath suite was exactly what we needed. If was so clean and comfortable you felt like home. The lobby could use upgrading to match the rooms.

GREAT HOTEL

The only thing good about the hotel was the location. It needs a major renovation for the price. The staff were nice and decent. The property is very dated. The room felt dirty and there were weird bugs. The bed didn't even have a proper fitted sheet. The walls were paper thing and The breakfast was fine but I wouldn't even touch the coffee machine (no clue the last time it was cleaned). Also, I love indian food but having an indian restaurant attached to a hotel is a horrible idea. The hallways and lobby smelled strongly of curry.
