Easy check in, easy to access the building and room

Overall the property was quite and the room was clean and comfortable. Very nice. We were at a tournament during the day and had plans to go to a concert that evening. It took some time to get a message to the property manager and only was able to leave a message to request checking in an hour early. I didn't get a direct response so we kept ourselves busy with shopping and a short car nap till 3p. I happen to check for check in directions at 230p and info was sent. Maybe it was sent earlier to help with my request but I wasn't aware anyone had agreed to my request. Wish we would have been contacted by phone so I knew I'd have access to the room. Other than that we had zero problems. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast good. They even had peanut butter, half and half for my coffee. Ate breakfast on my patio and saw a young deer.
-
Otherwise, always a great stay which is why we stayed this year and last.

No staff on site - registration is automated through phone and keypads with codes. Property was clean and spacious. I appreciated the full kitchen and outdoor patio. Location was convenient for my needs.

Overall a great place to stay. Check in was smooth and the room was clean!

Good stay for a single night. Room clean. Easy checking

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot. The no hassle check in and check out was a plus. Very clean. Will probably stay there again on future visits.

I found this location hurriedly on our way and was pleased with the outcome. It was nice to have a little kitchenette. There wasn't any staff other than house cleaning on the premises, it was all remotely done through key codes. Their site does indicate that there is a breakfast but there was not, there was a breakfast area and sitting area but no food provided. I would stay there again.

Great value near Philly airport. Extremely clean and well-maintained; bed was especially comfortable and bar of Dove soap was a nice treat! Keyless access to the lobby and room worked flawlessly via code provided by the hotel. Breakfast is basic continental (as advertised); the bagels were much better than the usual stale variety at many other breakfast bars. Would definitely stay again.

The blankets are thin like sheets I recommend that they get down comforters. Breakfast was okay it could better like including waffles, pancakes something hot.

The grounds itself was nice enough, the building clean and pretty well maintained. There is no elevator, be aware of that. The room was small, but sufficient for a night. Full sized refrigerator, small cooktop, microwave. The room was clean, although housekeeping overlooked a small amount of food left in the refrigerator by the previous guests. No big deal, but........ The balcony on our second floor room had a broken section on the railing going around it, so we didn't spend much time out on the balcony. Overall, I'd give the place about a 6.5. Good for a quick night, but not much more.

A tad confusing on the entry. Mostly because people including us don’t read the messages. Very Convenient location. Suitable room. Pretty good breakfast.

Wife and I stayed at Brinton Suites for two nights and absolutely amazing. The digital codes for entry made it very easy to get in and out the kitchenette in the room was a surprise. The Mr. Coffee coffee pot made things a lot easier! Definitely would stay again if I had to and would recommend to anyone needing a place in the West Chester/Glen Mills/ Chadds Ford Area

Very clean, comfy bed. Liked having coffee on the "back porch". Had no issues with the code/lock. Would stay again.
-
It’s hotel where everything is via door codes, no human check in system, I only saw employees in morning breakfast, they were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is coffee, toast or bagel and coffee, that was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it was a good 2 night stay.

In town for a Lacrosse tournament at West Chester University. Very nice place to stay

Clean and cheap. Weird location.

I liked the check in system that's automated, it's a unique feature to this hotel and it really makes things efficient and easy.
