Clean room…… lovely breakfast. Great staff.

Nothing. 1. The AC in the room wasn’t working. The maintenance person wasn’t able to fix the issue. 2. The furniture in the room was very dirty. 3. The crib provided to us (for our baby) had deep yellow stains. 4. For a scheduled check-in of 3pm and we arrived at 5pm, they asked us to wait another 1 hour as the room was still not available. 5. The front desk lady was unbothered by our requests. She didn’t even try to make us feel comfortable. 6. Even though we didn’t stay there even for 1 night, they still cut one night’s fee. 7. There were a lot of allergens in the room. My body went into hives and a state of uneasiness while we were there. 8. Never had a worse experience at any other hotel/resort in our life.

We were pleasantly surprised, the rooms were huge and super clean! Everyone was kind and helpful, and they had free laundry which came in super helpful! The pool is very small, but sufficient, and the breakfast was a good variety but they did struggle keeping up to keep things full, and most of the food, while tasty, wasn't hot. Will stay again!

Everything was great.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and accommodating. Kitchenette in the room was perfect. Breakfast, well to be free is what's expected, better off going out for food.

A wonderful, clean room with a refrigerator, microwave, and even glasses, which we used to drink champagne in honor of my birthday. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I highly recommend this hotel.

What ever you do don’t use your debit card to pay. They take double the amount per night as a hold and don’t tell you upon check in. I’m still waiting for these pending 1200 to go back into my bank account to be able to use. I wish someone would have told me that I should use a credit card when paying at property everything else was good! But trapped funds is extremely inconvenient.

The room was the last one which wasn’t the original room I booked. Then I get in the room and it smelled like mildew. I told the front desk she said ok was that was it. It must have been a leak in the room because there was a huge fan there which they never bothered to remove. I travel a lot so I’ve stayed in many hotels. Needless to say the 331 for the room was not worth it.

Great experience overall. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The manager and staff were very hospitable.

Super friendly staff! I was welcomed with water bottles and a fruit cup (they even asked if I wanted cold or room temp water). They have socials Monday-Wednesday. Pool was well maintained and clean. Outdoor space to hang out. Room was comfortable and clean. I will be staying there again when I come back for work!

Price was very reasonable.

Room was as requested, everything was clean, the staff was awesome, the property offered a lot of activities and was close to plenty of restaurants, stores, golf courses, ect
