We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The staff was very attentive and we enjoyed the theme days that took place throughout our stay including, Pretzel Day! The hotel was kept very clean and area was very safe. A special thank you to Liz who secured a very quiet room for us which was perfect for our extended stay.

Breakfast was very good. The room was a little run down. The couch had many stains and the lighting was poor. The charging station did not work.

I always stay at this property when I’m in town. Staff are always so kind. It is near plenty of restaurants and stores. Great location.

Noisy argon and fridge

To be fair, it seems hotels, in general, in Florida, are better in all areas, that are within the same price point. That said, the staff was welcoming & friendly. The room was of ample space, but carpet by the sofa was wet and stained. The pillows were too small; standard size on a king size bed. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The eggs tasted as if they were reconstituted from powder form, rather than freshly made, & the potatoes had a funky aftertaste. The waffle station; however was the best part. I guess I just expected a little bit more from a Marriott hotel.

Breakfast - Below Average. First Day - no plates. Second Day - No ice water. Dispensing Holder was not even filled from the day before. Staff is talking and eating too much in the Lobby. Let’s get the quests basics done before we start being lazy.

The breakfast was great and the room was big, comfy and cozy!
-
The room was dingy and the shower was moldy and sticky. It felt very unclean.
-
The staff were very nice and helpful. Great accommodations with the room and all the amenities on grounds.

The pool was “under construction “. No mention of this in any of the online sites or Marriott reservations. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool as it was a gift to my grandchildren. The fact that it was marketed as an amenity then not even available is unacceptable. Marriott knew the pool was not ready yet let people think they had a functioning pool. There were others in the area. We’ve used Suites to Home before with a lot of satisfaction. Now the Marriott owning so many different brands has really lowered their reputation and this is a prime example. The staff might as well be Motel 6. Totally disappointed and don’t have the trust in the fact that it’s owned by Marriott. My expectation is that there is some significant accountability on behalf of Residence Inn by Marriott.

Breakfast was good staff polite

It’s a great spot.

Overall, the property met the general standards of a Residence Inn. However, I feel my room was forgotten if it was not used often by housekeeping. The top of the refrigerator had layers of dust, and there were many dead bugs and cobwebs around the room. Attention to the details of spots found on the walls is a matter requiring attention.

The pool area was very clean, the water was clear, and didn’t smell of chlorine.

Anthony and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay here again as we visit once a year.
