The stay was very nice the staff were very helpful and nice the place was very clean

Breakfast was not good

Called ahead to see if I could change the card I had on file through Expedia and was told yes. We showed up, was asked to swipe a card for a $100 deposit that was completely separate from the cost of the hotel and was not mentioned on the booking. The card I didn’t want charged and was told I could change was charged and we had to go all the way back to Delaware to the bank to fix it. The toilet in the suite we booked did not stop running at all. It was running when we walked in and stayed running all 3 days. When I finally couldn’t take it anymore because we couldn’t use the bathroom I went to the front desk and was told “it’s 11pm what do you want me to do about no one’s here”.

Recently renovated. Rooms very clean and lobby was good.

Also, there is no body lotion in the bathroom. A simple amenity that helps travelers. Not planning to stay in this hotel anytime

The staff was amazing. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient for our event. The charge for bottles of water left in the room. If you were going to charge, they should be in a vending machine.

Staff Construction going on

Great staff. The breakfast is hot and delicious. Coffee, tea, and hot Coco are always available. The hot tub is still under construction. Fresh and clean rooms. Towels available at the pool. Calm and quiet stay.

Overall our short stay was nice. A few complaints were that food was left in the room refrigerator from a previous guest and there was no soap in the bathroom. My niece used the pool in the morning and said there was hair in it. Staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, and breakfast was a typical continental breakfast at any Hilton brand hotel. It was very convenient to be within walking distance of Texas Roadhouse and the hotel discount was a pleasant surprise.

I am a Hilton Honors member and not sure I will use Expedia again if this is how you and I are respected as a business partner.

Breakfast was very well prepared and tasty with a great deal of selections

Everything was exceptional, spotless and well-maintained. I would have rated it even higher if the bed had been more comfortable, as the extra firmness wasn't suitable for my back issues.

Hot tub was broken and the pool was taken over by kids with no supervision

Extremely clean room and parking was excellent
