Everything was pretty decent. Just a little issue with the air, but the staff got everything fixed.

Clean and Convenient with a great breakfast bar! The room was really hot upon arrival. We thought the AC was broken. The hostess reset it for us and when we came back later it was fine.

location, pool, cleanliness, friendliness of staff could here noises outside room making it a little difficult to sleep, we could even here folks walking in corridor so better noise proofing rooms would be nice if possible.

No hot water for over half of my stay. I had to have my key card reprogrammed 4 times. The room was very clean but the hallways and elevator were dirty.

The reason why I am giving the hotel this rating is based on the facts that the pool was closed and that was the main reason why we booked the room when we did, and even worse was the fact that in that nice looking bathroom with the amazing shower there was absolutely no hot water. When I told the lady who checked us in about it she simply stated that I needed to let the water run for longer. I am not an idiot nor and I simple minded. I let the water run for a full 45 minutes give or take. Also the handle to the shower pulled off in my hands. If it were not for those two things this place would have five stars. Those two items though are big ticket items. I would not stay here again and really wish I could be refunded some of the cost of my families and my stay.

Noisy. Paperthin walls. You can hear people talk from.next door rooms. Hear people walking on top of you. Smelly and dirty carpets Should be rated between 3-5
